When I bought my L4330HSTC tractor I didn't get a rear wiper. Since I use a snow blower I see that I have a need for one. Are they very hard to install? Are there any precautions I should watch out for? The dealer mentioned a problem with over torquing the screws and cracking the window.

Stay away from the back window with a impact wrench and all three quater inch drive socket sets!
Yes, you can break it, I do think you know enough to be careful with glass! Be sure that it is in the holes at the best center before starting to tighten. The wiring is there for you under the top. ....
