I am currently having a problem with my L 3350. It will not go forward or backwards. But when i move lever either way motor changes noise. I think there is a valve under dash but not sure. I was wondering if anyone has had this happened to them. I am hoping it is a simple fix.

Brad, after talking with the boys in the shop they don't believe that there is anything to simple about this. To have a change in the sound of the transmission tells me that the internals are working except for output. That means nothing under the dash, we have done some adjusting on them and some repairs but nobody can put a handle on anything that wouldn't require a tear down. ....

The GST tranny uses the hydraulics to shift gears and actuate the clutch.

Check it's not something silly like the 3pth lift lever has slipped and is holding in the 'power up' position and causing the relief valve to hang wide open to dump the excess pressure.

Best of luck. ....
