I am looking at a B 7800 It has 1100 hr and seems to run great
It has the FEL by Kubota. He will sell it to me for $8500. It has new turf tires on the back and worn ones on the front. I don't want turf tires so I will have to buy new wheels and tires at about $850.
Is this a good deal
If so I will have a b 7200 that has been almost totally rebuilt for sale

Sounds like you like to tinker so this might be good for you. A new B7800 with loader is probably around $13k I guess. So you are getting $3500 (after tires) off for 1100 hours.

You might find one with a little less hours for the same money, not that 1100 hrs is a big deal for the Kubota, as the B7800 has not been out that long, and there are private residential owners that only put on 50 to 100 hrs in a year. But that will take some hunting. ....
