I have a 2003 Kubota B7800. It will not turn over when I turn the ignition key to the start position. I am getting battery post power, but no power to the solenoid wire when in the crank position. I Have checked all three safety switches and used a ohm meter to check each one. I can jump the solenoid with a screwdriver and the tractor will fire right up. everything else on the tractor is working. I have jumped out the seat safety switches and checked them also with the ohm meter. I have checked the fuses with a ohm meter and they are all good. I am at a loss here as what it can be. I would appreciate any help!, thanks!

Did you check the safety switch on the clutch? Also; the safety switches on the mid and rear PTOs. I also have a B7800 and the mid pto safety switch came loose and slid about 1'8 inch on the frame so it was not fully depressed preventing ignition. ....

rfkuka,

I loaned my B2610 to my brother and when I picked it up had problem with the mid pto level not lining up properly. Not enough to be in gear but just a slight amount of pressure on the level solved it. Thought when you get it home fix and on the way home thought leave it alone...a person who does not know about it will have to hunt and peck to start the tractor...has worked well. ....
