I pulled all 3 glow plugs out and checked them. 2 out of 3 were burned out so I replaced them. Went to start and still no start. The crank speed was low so I charged the battery for a couple hours. Tried again and it fired right up. Ambient temp was 10 above zero. The problem was a combination of slow crank speed and 2 burned out glow pplugs. Problem solved!
