I followed your approach with the long neck hose sprayer for trees. I was able to do up to two stories and used the ladder for the higher spots.

Worked great makes short work of this project, thanks for the tip it saved me alot of pain versus using a tank sprayer.

What I have is green moss on the north side it is not black mold.

As long as we are on the subject of the electromagnets, can one test them by applying 12 V DC to one wire, and ground to the other, then simply check for a magnetic attraction betweeen the magnet and the drum? I have "inhetited" a horse trailer and have been told the electric brakes don't work. I don't have a controler yet, the wiring was a mess, but I have that sorted out. Am in the process of packing wheel bvearings and would like to verify the brrakes do work.

My Cub Cadet 782 will start and run for aprox<br>

Sorry about that link, it used to be free.
If you're getting that much sediment, I'd certainly get a complete water test, I had a 12' deep dug well for 8 years and never plugged my el-cheapo Sears inline filter, electric water heater lasted 17 years!
I can't think why there are timers in the system, unless the well pumps dry if the holding tank is pretty empty. Do you have any idea how deep the well is?

Well, my Homelite string trimmer is getting long in the tooth after 10 years of service. I need to have a back up in the event she finally gives up the ghost. I was initially inclined toward the FS110R since it was a 4 stroke trimmer but it required periodic valve adjustments and some other minor periodic services. I have an FS450K Brush clearing saw which is basicly the big brother on sterioids of the FS85R. NEVER had a moments trouble out of it. The FS85R is a little cheaper and weighs about a half pound less. It is also a tried and true 2 stroke. Pretty much no maintenance required. I am kinda leaning towards the FS85R for these reasons. A good 2 stroke will last a life time. The FS110R is still fairly new. <br>

Now that I have over a 100 acres of grass land to cut; I have been considering and looking at a rotary cutter for the job. My preference would be for the John Deere MX5 but at nearly $1,800, I don't like the idea of taking a top of the line cutter like that out into field cutting conditions in which most of the land has not been cut in over 2 or more years. I am thinking about going with a King Kutter 5 ft. model with a slip clutch instead of the shear bolt. I would hate to trash out a rotary cutter like an MX5 in harsh conditions and at $550; the King Kutter seems to be a pretty well built unit and I won't feel near as bad if I trash it out making the first cuts on my new farm . I plan to set it as high as possble for the first cuts to avoid as much debry and obstacles as possible. Then I will go back and clean up the exposed hazards and cut lower. When I get the place in shape like I want it; I may go with an MX5 down the road. <br>

If you use your tractor regulary you shouldn't have a problem with rust. But I have seen brand new machines with rusty cylinder at the dealship. Guess they have had them sitting there to long out side in the elements. To me that mean $$$$ off then when they try to sell them.

I will try to find the msds at work on Tuesday. we should have it since we sell it and OSHA say any chemical you have in you place of business you are "SUPPOSED" to have the msds on it.

3pt will work fine, as long as your doing light to med. digging. I have a Kelley 30 in good condition if you are interrested.

I have a 72 inch MMM on my 4410 and in really heavy grass uses everybit of the hp available. For most conditions it has more than enough hp. For an 84" MMM, I would suggest at least 35 hp and more like 40 hp. or more. The 84" MMM is going to be challenging in narrow spaces and require a flat bed trailer for moving or removing the MMM.

Thanks for the info, i really appreciate it. I had a different 790 on demo for a month or so and it seemed to have plenty of power for all my impliments but as im sure you all know, it really didnt like to pick up a bucket of pit run very well. Once again thank for the input. JUSTIN

Just bought a reconditioned Mitsu. D 1550 (19hp, 4WD). Need operators manual. Also curious as to the Satoh model that is closest to the D 1550 for cross reference.<br>

The older the diesel engine the harder the starting and conditions of the start are close to as you described. There are many things that go into a good valve job that makes starting easier and not knowing if they did it makes it hard. Did they use the Kubota head gasket? Did they set the valve protrusions to the proper spec's? A diesel runs on heat and compression and unless things are in the compression departments. Not being able to see it is tough but I'd also give it a little running time at least 100 hours for all the new parts to seat in before getting to nervous. As I said in the beginning 25 years ago diesels didn't start like they do today and for the believe it or not 30 seconds to clean up on some makes would be unheard of!
