Anyone who has accomplished what you have should be able to
arrange a little escape? A man who runs a 650 ac. farm,built a furniture business,should be able to take his wife to look at some leaves. Just kidding(Maine smartass humor).
As far as business here in Maine, on a local lavel one that
comes to mind is a Lumber Yard.
This man built it from scratch buy himself with a homemade
sawmill and a homemade forktruck.
His son runs it with his son and have turned it into a business of five lumberyards statewide with the mill here in Belgrade. They employ 250 people and growing.
There are many other notables and I will work on it. There is the Cianbro Corp. One of the largest heavy constuction firms on the eastcoast. I believe that was started by two brothers in Pittsfield Maine. I will work on some others.
What kind of furniture do you make? There are many master
craftsman here in Maine that work with wood. From furniture
to the boatyards on the coast. That alone is worth the trip
if you like fine woodworking.

Curious if the leak is around the top link attachment. I've read about several people with problems in that area but mainly on the early models.

But, congratulations on the new 2210. They're fine, capable rigs and mine has surprised me at just how much it can do. You'll fall in love.

I just picked up a little 28g Remington 1100 and thought I run some shells through it on the skeet field. Well, today was a tournament day at both of our local gun clubs..so after driving 100 miles..no shots fired. Anyway, I've shot 28's in skeet and find they do about as well as 12's. Very efficient. Any others out there with 28 experience?

Well, I was at my neighbor's Skidoo/Kawasaki dealership last week to borrow a trailer to haul the jd2210 with. I happened to notice what I initially thought was a pristine Triumph Bonneville 650 sitting in his shop. Well, it wasn't a Triumph but a brand new Kawasaki W650, which is an almost perfect copy of the Bonneville, right down to the horsepower..with improvements like overhead cam, disc brakes..etc.<br>

I had a '62 Bonneville in the mid-60's and loved the looks, the sound and the ride. I didn't like the breakdowns. I've had 15 bikes since 1955 but the last one, a Honda 750F was 17 years ago. Jeez, I love that W650 and am working myself into just going in and riding it out. Am I getting nutz in my old age??

Hardwood..thanks for the tip about the "The Straight Story" movie. I immediately went to my local video place and rented it. I was a good watch. Very simple and just a fun movie. BTW, it was the last movie that Richard Farnsworth made. He committed suicide a year later after suffering from terminal cancer.

The same thing happened to me!! I was driving my 2230 through Texas with the cruise set at about 90 and my tires inflated to 12psi, and all of a sudden... Wait maybe that was a BS Ford/Firestone deal. Nevermind.

what pressures are you all runnimg in your tires? i am running 7lbs rear and 32 front at this time on a L3830hst. book says max out front if you have weights or loader, i have neather. am concidering dropping the front on down. bach ones are not round at this pressure. were at 9.5 then del and was only contacting about 40 percent on concrete.

I may be misusing the equipment, but I've actually pulled out a lot of small stumps with the box blade. I usually just try pushing and pulling in the center from different angles, and if that doesn't work I use the edge to dig and one tooth to break some roots. If that doesn't work I wait until the next time I've attached the backhoe.

Alum. welding is a pain. I have a spool gun. Everyone i talked to said you need a lot of practice, before you know what you are doing. I ether burn throught or not enought. TIG is the only really way to weld alum.

I think you might run into pto hp problems. I don't know what the 1500 pto hp is and what the Dr really needs. A might mac chipper/shreader who do the same job, but not tie up the tractor

Congrats on your purchase. I think you'll be real satisfied. On the rear stabilizer, I'm not sure what that is. DO you know of a place on the internet where I can see optional equipment for our tractors? My 3400 has two turnbuckle type devices on the rear links that when tightened will prevent the linkage from swaying into the rear tires. I did not order this, it came on the tractor when I got it. There is one per side.

Try Michigan sportsman on a search and register then go to "wildlife habitat" Anuthing you need to learn about foods plots etc. they will help with. I am from Wis. but they treat me like I am one of their own. Good people there and lots of info. Alos buy Ed spins book, "foodplots easy as 1,2,3" Its a great starter for learning food plots, he is a master.

I have a B7800 with less than 4 hours. Today the loader control started binding in the bucket-down position. I took the control console cover off and could see nothing wrong. It seems to be something catching inside the valve. Any suggestions for a quick fix? I really don't want to send it back to the dealer for a few days even though it is still obviously covered by the warranty. Thanks.

One thing I found that they dont digest too well is
7mm-08. I like to plant it between the neck and the rib cage, works really well to keep the deer from eating.
