<br>Yep, that's correct. I saw it in New Holland's sales brochure for models prior to the introduction of the boomer series. It's not listed in the implement list of the current advertising bulletin. Makes me wonder if it's discontinued. I haven't asked my dealer about it yet.....kinda glad I didn't as Upstate New York is dry, real dry. So I too am hoping for other replies.<br>Jerry Diamond<br>

I forget. The one they had in stock had turf tires. Perhaps it was because it would have cost too much to buy all new tires and wheels which I understand would have been required. As a matter of fact, they still may have that 870 with the turf tires.

Check out the Ingersol lawn and garden tractor. All the attachments including the collection system run off its hydraulic system. It has only 18 HP!.

John, when I was looking for an 8n, they were going between 2000 and 4500 so you are in the ballpark. They go extremely fast. People want these things big time. Nothing turns my head faster than a cherry 8n out in front of an old barn. I wish I had one. Good luck! Regards mike

From what I have seen, the price is about right. You hear of deals from time to<br>time, but you can grow old finding one. The 650 is a sweet tractor. JD offers<br>lots of support for them, and lots of loaders are made. I would consider buying<br>this tractor. The power steering is available as a kit from JD and the cost is<br>just under $800 including hoses -this is a deal! You will need it with a loader. <br> Roger L

The price is very good. If this tractor is in half nice shape you are in<br>a position to make money on it. JD 40 parts are available and inexpensive. <br>I would jump on it. This tractor will perform with any of the mid 20 hp compacts.<br> Roger L.

I might be able to help; what tires do you have now on the front and what do you<br>plan to run there? <br>As far as the replacement for the rear 11.2 x 24 lug tire, my literature on the<br>YM226 and YM226D models shows that the rear turf tire would be a 13.6 x 16.1. <br>This is what was originally provided. <br>If yours is the same as the models above, and if the front Ag tires are 6

to 7" x 14, then the ratios should be OK.
I'm sure that you are aware that different manufacturers tires can be different
rolling diameters...also, these specs from Yanmar are for using the wheels for
the turf tires - which are a different rim from the Ag tires.

I have a 4200 with 10 hours on it. I have not had any clutch problems. They do tell you to allow 2 seconds after depressing the clutch from neutral before shifting gears. It I do that the gearsd do not grind. This is the collar shift model. I have the 420 loader and Danuser 20/40 posthole digger - so far everything has worked flawlessly.<br>

It will not stop when you push in clutch, mostley in creeper or reverse, if you have<br>30 hrs and no problem you are one of the lucky ones, this is a problem which is there<br>when you buy the tractor, so if it has not done it, it wont.
