Joe,<br>I have a Kubota B7300 with 4wd and loader. I use the loader frequently for transport of stone, mulch and brush. For these tasks I frequently do not need the 4wd and do it in 2wd. I am not familiar with the 655 but if you have at least a lockup rearend(I DO use this feature on the Kubota instead of 4wd), good turf bar or ag tires and a low range gear you could get quite a lot of use out of the loader. Plus you can't do a whole lot of serious digging anyway with a low hp loader(even using 4wd).<br>A suggestion. See if you can find a loader that could fit several models(maybe by just modifying the mount). If you untimately decide to move up a little you might be able to reuse the loader. The loader will not add much value to a 2wd for resale and it would be nice to keep it and not loose the investment. Especially look at after-market loaders(like Woods, or kit units, like the CadPlan loaders).<br>Good luck.

How about the warranties? Check those out too. Also, look ahead 10 years (if you plan on keeping it that long). If you start making repairs, I hear Kubota's parts prices are quite high. Not a big deal now, but maybe in the future.

I feal for you, I bought my 650 about 3 months ago, prices I have gotton so far include: New front blade 2240.00 not by JD they dont make it anymore, tiller 1812.00 by bush hog, mine came with a back blade, 272 grooming mower, and loader. So I have not priced them out. Check the Machinery finder below, I did buy a JD front blade for 137.00. Just priced out Turff Tires and rims, so far about 1100.00 when I get a chance I will send you a photo of the bracket I made for the front of mine so I could use standard suitcase weights for the front, The rear tires on mine are loaded with calcium but while using the loader I found it best to keep something with weight on the 3 point. Just bought a new owners manual for 16.50. Good luck fellow 650 owner

I found a pretty clean 850 at a local dealer with 1100 hrs, and all original. No apparent problems whatsoever. He wants 7600.00 ??? Should I buy, or keep looking.

The I&T aftermarket manuals sold by Centarl Plains Tractor parts do not have wiring diagrams. Is that the source you were thinking about?

The YM1500 is 18pto hp. It will run a rototiller. The tiller with it is probably the tiller that was used on it in Japan. It will run a post ho;e digger, if that is what you mean by an auger. If you have more questions feel free to contact me. I'm a Yanmar dealer.

I just bought a 1999 JD LT166. The new mowers have a reverse shut off. You cannot mow in reverse without pushing a button on the dash. Other than being a pain, I was wondering how to override this. The dealerships cannot tell me. Does anyone know how? I'm mowing with a Freedon 42
