I know the 2105s and that series have a drive shaft between the engine and hydrostat that have greasable u joints and have woodruff key issues, come loose etc. They are quite involved to replace, pulling the engine or rear diff/hydrostat unit. Sadly, the book doesn't give that as a service point or an interval. Many people have found out the hard way.

Check into Westendorf. I don't know what tractor you are fitting but they have several availble with mechanical linkage. I've had 3, one I ordered with it added on, one had it as standard equipment, one was not available due to it's small size. They go on and off very easy and some have a skid steer plate so you can use those attachments. They have their own quick attach system but it is positive and very easy to switch attachments. They have a sweet brush grapple attachment.

How many hours shice your last Hydraulic fluid change? Low oil level. Check and refill the transmission oil. Stuck relief valve ? Replace relief valve if required. Speed control linkage could be defective or unadjusted. Replace or adjust linkage.

On my tractor I only heat the glow plugs for a count from 1001 to 1008, 8 seconds. 30 seconds is really long. Maybe shoot some WD40 into the intake with a helper.

Sounds like you have numerous and unrelated issues with the hydrualics.

It's a Ford 1710 diesel with manual transmission. the FWD lever is just below the seat on top of the transmission. When I pull up on the level it will not engage the front wheels. I haven't looked under the transmission cap until i learn what im getting into. hope it's just the lever slide but thats what im asking for help to tell me what to look forl

Touched on this with answer on air leak.

I will fill my fuel filter with fuel as works to do so for installing. I used to bleed the system as most manuals tell you to but got lazy you may say. I find it easier for me to just spray WD 40 into the air intake while having someone else start the engine. Depending on the set up of the filter system will spray into the filter intake or remove the air filter to get better path for the WE 40. Have a friend who wets a rag with gas and covers the air intake and says it works good for him. Not a fan of gas as the fumes are dangerous. It has been my experience it only takes a few seconds for the air to be purged from the system and easy to handle with a spurt of WE40 if the engine begins to die down.

Most likely it is a gasket or rubber fuel line with crack or hole under a clamp. I think it also could be a fuel pickup issue due to trash or possible pump issue not working fully.

My best suggestion is a good looking at all fittings, gaskets and such for holes or seeping of fuel. But think you would find spraying with WD40 on such fittings might help locate a suction leak. It will not harm the engine, use it for starting fluid or for repriming when fuel filters are replaced spraying into the air filter on my engines, even gas. Listen very carefully for engine speed to increase or at least level off.

Hey, I have that exact same problem with my NH TC35D. I have:

Cleaned and removed tank
Transfer Fuel pump relplaced
Replaced most fuel lines
Bled it many many times

Three fuel filters
New O rings
New bowl

I�m losing my mind on this deal. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Grandad always told a story about a old ford firetruck at the plant that would never start when they needed it. So why wouldnt it start? Well turns out someone put new batteries in it, they hooked it back up with Negative ground....grandad changed it to Positive ground and it never failed to start again.

Correct grounding makes all the differance in the world.

1948 international Cub 12 volt or 6 volt Positive Ground?

Doc had me on Cialis and the insurance company nixed it. I’m on something called Flomax now and insurance is happy. I wish that I could say that it worked but it sure isn’t perfect.

I read somewhere that a cup of coffee hangs around in your system for six hours. I generally don’t touch the stuff after about noon. On the other hand, wife likes it really strong so we buy the beans and grind them fresh every couple of days. Probably not a good idea with BPH AKA benign prostate hyperplasia AKA peeing at night. I know that ours is strong because McD’s coffee tastes like colored water to me.

I live in an area where much farmland and woods land is becoming houses. But we still have lots of wood and swamp land. Monday was in local hardware/lumber store as some of the rural men were talking about food....the topic was racoons. One told he had sold over 100 this past winter for food. Not sure if trapped or shot.
