Thank you for the quick followup! It's hard to believe that 2 relays could go bad? But if one goes bad would that break down the whole circuit and nothing works?

MY 4400 HYDROSTATIC 4X4(1999) 1200 HOURS.WILL NOT MOVE. ENGINE STARTS, RUNS FINE, HYDRAULICS ON 3 POINT, BELLY MOWER, AND FRONT END LOADER ALL WORK FINE. THE GEAR SELECTOR LEVER WILL NOT MOVE AND IS APPARENTLY STUCK IN NEUTRAL OR BETWEEN GEARS.OIL LEVEL IN FRONT AXEL AND HYDRAULICS ARE ALL FULL,JACKED UP REAR AXEL AND THE WHEELS WILL MOVE ( ONE GOES FORWARD, (ONE GOES IN REVERSE)SO THE BRAKES ARE NOT LOCKED UP.

I am working on a 4410 that #1 will not go into 4x4. After the switch is activated and power is applied i can hear a grinding noise from the front dif. The front shaft is turning. #2 the rear dif will not lock when the dif lock pedal is pushed. The left tire will spin but no power to the right; i can feel the pedal pulsing as power is applied. Where do i start? Thanks much from a newbie! :)

DamnDarmPro needs a spellcheck! LOL Our Damm Farm Pro 2425 has lost the tension on the throttle control rod. We can push it forward (toward the engine) with the regular resistance, but it doesn't stay there, plus it falls further back (toward the seat) than normal. Everything else works, the correct idle for rod placement, foot throttle, etc. Is t a spring? a washer? A gremlin? Can't find any help in the parts manual either. Thanks anyone ;)

Search for Injection System Tube Assembly(#3 Injector) part # 3435151M. MF said that the part is obsolete. Any suggestions of another part that could be used would be appreciated.

If it doesn't start...here are some things to check...

Transmission range shift lever not in proper position.

PTO engaged.

Engine speed hand throttle not pushed forward.

Fuel shut-off valve CLOSED (OFF).

Stale fuel / improper fuel / fuel level.

Plugged fuel filter.

Plugged air intake filter.

Dirty or faulty fuel injectors.

Blown fuse.

Failed fuel solenoid.

Other electrical problem.

Attended a farm auction Saturday and succumbed to the look of an old John Deere, figured it would do nicely pulling a 5 or 6 foot bush hog around. The owner was there, told me it had a hydraulic leak, said he never fixed it just kept adding fluid. It's low now, suspect Tractor Supply all purpose fluid would be fine unless someone has a better choice for me. <br>

Knowing noting about this machine, I have been searching for information. I did discover all the specs, however, I need a maintenance manual as I intend to go through it and change all filters and fluids. <br>

If anyone has advise for me relative to this model I would greatly appreciate it. Hopefully I'm able to attach a picture I took.

I decided to check the fuses and they all tested satisfactory, however one of the fuses was loose in the metal pins that hold the fuse in place so I bent the metal pin holder and it grips the fuse tightly now and the tractor is running fine used it with my 3 point backhoe for digging yesterday no issues or stalling. Thanks for all the advice it was helpful.

I am bidding on a couple of Turf TX Gators that I am not able to inspect beforehand. They are 4x2 and my question is: do they have a differential lock? They are gas engined, and have brakes on the front wheels, and look to have some kind of suspension on the rear, unlike our 6x4 diesel. If they do have diff locks, they would work fine on our property. If not they might be marginal for our hillside vineyards. It will all come down to other bidders, but if I can get them reasonably, I might roll the dice on condition. The contact there said they are still used regularly, but was unsure of whether or not they have a diff lock. Any info would be appreciated.

I would ask you what are you going to be doing the most with the tractor? I don't know how much of the discing you might be doing vs the brush hogging? I would recommend the gear if you are mainly discing for fuel usage. The hydro is the best for the brush hogging on all accounts.
The thought of other potential drivers is a major plus for the hydro as there are many who can't drive a stick shift!!!!!
I don't really care about the horsepower loss of the hydro as I have witnessed the hydro out mow a gear drive to many times! As a matter of fact I have never seen a gear drive tractor keep up with a hydro doing PTO work!!!!

I am considering a new tractor purchase of either a L4701 or a MX5200 with either the gear drive or the hydrostatic transmission. I a told by the salesman that the hydrostatic robs it power considerably (a noticeable difference)of its power even though the literature states its a 2 hp loss. <br>
Is that true or not? <br>
My main use would be bush hogging & disking for green fields deer hunting. which tractor & transmission type do you recommend?<br>

Secondly, do I purchase insurance through Kubota, home owners, or through a specialized farm equipment insurer? who do you recommend? <br>

What did you do to clean the tank out? I need to back flush my gas intake and I am afraid that this is going to lead to debrie in my tank.
I have a riding mower JD 160, not sure what you have..

I also have the old style air inlet for the gas tank, this is going to need to be back flushed and possibly replaced :-(

Any thoughts.

There aren't English manuals for the D26F , but there are manuals for
