You never said how many hours you had on your tractor... Injector pumps don't usually fail; you'd expect one cylinder to go bad before the others, which would be rough running. What exactly did the dealer do to determine that the pump was the problem?

Before you spend $1500 and wait 3 months for a new injector pump, look around for a diesel injector pump repair company. They'll want the pump plus the injectors (and probably the piping in between).
From my research on my fuel problem earlier this year, these pumps are actually Bosch pumps - start at
http://www.bosch-service.com/bs/en/diesel/dieselservice.htm. Bosch has a service network in the US and may even have one for exchange. Call them with ALL the numbers on the pump.
Assuming they (Bosch or whomever) can work on it, order some gasket kits for the injectors and pumps as these should be replaced when you work on these things.

Shouldn't be a problem, it's just a rebadged Jinma 200. Contact any Jinma dealer for a 200 Series manual set (of 4). Before calling, write down the info on both the tractor data plate and the engine data plate.

I have a zenith on my Gleaner combine, it is attached to a budda engine.

1 turn on the on the idle mixture seems wrong, mine is 4 1/4 turns and I only have the one screw.
follow KW's suggestion on the vacuum leaks, we had an Gleaner A that gave us fits, and it was the intake manifold gasket.
Don't know if you ever remember tuning one of the old cars, but it was quiet easy to cross tune the carb screws on idle and run which cage you odd operation at higher rpm.
I assume your zeinth carb is an updraft like mine, finding a little gas in the bottom is pretty normal when the engine shuts down.
you didn't say when you tried restarting if you had the throttle wide open? Another, were you on uneven ground, the zeniths were notorious for flooding if you set the float level at the factory point. It needs to be up maybe 0.2 or .3 inches to keep the bowl from filling.
Also, you didn't say if this is something that just started, had you done a service, was there anything which occurred before this issue?

It is always a problem when they wont give you a quote. I think it is too high but their labour charge is $90 per hour which is not unusual here. Freight was $180 for four trips of 7klm each I may complain or I might just wear it to avoid any further hassles. They have a virtual monopoly in my town as the nearest other Kubota or tractor dealer is quite a long way away. Not the best for obtaining good service.

It's been a few years since I last adjusted the wheel spacing on the B2100, but it seems to me that the problem wasn't so much the bolt working loose, as it was the tightening wedge that the bolt passes through.

If I remember correctly, the axle clamping system consisted of a split wedge, which when tightened, was supposed to spread to fill the gap between the axle and the wheel.

The axle is a hexagon, with flat sides. The wedge is supposed to slide along one of the flat sides of the axle as it is tightened. I believe the problem with the clamping system had more to do with the wedge failing to move in far enough as the bolt is tightened.

I figured out how to get around this. Adjust the wheel spacing. Tighten the clamp on the axle. Drive the tractor around the yard for a few minutes, allowing the clamp to work its way inward. Stop and tighten the clamps one more time. Check the clamps often. Any noticeable wobble in the rear wheels in a good indication of a loose axle clamp.

The rains finally let up some here in middle Georgia. My holding pond is now dry enough to go in and clean it out, and make it into a permanent shooting range. I plan to also get another area dug out and have it become my new water run off holding pond. I have been planning this for some time. After doing some simple math I came to the conclusion that it would just take me too long to do all of the earth moving that would be required on my own, using my Kubota L3240. Plus I have no doubt that I would get my tractor into some awkward positions, which would scare my wife too much.

Monday November 4th I had a man come in with a large John Deere tractor with a huge front end bucket that can pick up over five times the amount of dirt my Kubota L3240 can handle in one pass through. It also has a back hoe should we need to do some digging. This man, and his tractor did in eight hours of work what would have taken me most all winter to accomplish on my own. He cleaned out all of the accumulated sand in my old holding pond, and used that dirt to build up the berms higher around what will become my new shooting range. He also built the basic foundation for my new holding pond, by defining the new pond with five foot high thick berms, all the way around the new pond, using dirt from inside the new holding pond.

It is now up to me and my L3240 to do the finish work. I started the second phase of the clean up today. I have to finish digging out the inside part of the new holding pond. The man with the big tractor removed four feet or so of dirt from the new floor, all around, to create the berms. I plan to remove about another three feet of dirt all around the inside of the new holding pond, and finish it to whatever the final depth of the new pond turns out to be.

When the new holding pond is completed, I will go back into the old holding pond, which is now my permanent shooting range, and finish cleaning it out and defining the floor by making it more level than it currently is.

Once all of that is finished I will use the front end loader on my L3240 to pick up, and to move, and align several poles cut from old telephone poles to be used to create the foundation for a new bridge over the trench that will funnel the water run off into the new holding pond.

Granted my Kubota L3240 is not in the same league as the big tractor that did all of the heavy digging and moving, but it still serves the functions that I bought it for.
