Many tractor companies like AC used other companies to build their loaders. One of them that comes to mind is Great Bend who built loaders for many companies. I'm not familier with Dual and where they may be at this time for any help.

To measure the width of the chassis and the height and wheel base length might help you with your quest for fit. do you know what tractor it came off of?

I got a seal, can anyone tell me how to get the PTO apart to replace the seal?

Mine is an E184 4wd, the PTO seems to have a spring loaded coupler over the main PTO shaft? I have a picture but I can't figure out how to attach it.

Thanks Art. Yes the tires looked decent. I did a bunch of internet research on them today and it looked to me like the price was not unreasonable based on what I found today. I mostly got great reviews on the tractors other than sometimes some issues with the hydraulics failing (but that being a fairly easy to fix issue). Think we'll make an offer on it tomorrow!

I got the 100 hour service interval check list completed. Everything checked out great. All fluid levels were where they should be, and everything seems to be tight. I have not had anymore issues with the deadman switch, so maybe that problem is finally resolved.

The next service interval is listed at 150 hours. I think that it is very important to follow scheduled maintenance intervals, in addition to regular inspections.

As of March 20th I will have owned my Kubota L3240 for one year. I have to say that I am a very satisfied L3240 owner. It has met all of my tractor needs.

I've had a 4310 since about 1999 or 2000, with 800 some hours, The only difference with mine is the transmission, I have a 12/12 power reverser. It might konk out tomorrow but so far the electronics haven't given me any problems. I also had a 4410 while we did some landscaping for hire. It also was a 12/12 power reverser. It's been a while since we sold the 4410 but I can't recall any electronic problems.<br>
The 10 series does have some electric connectors under the tractor that a stick or something can catch and partially disconnect while bush hogging that bring you to a dead halt.<br>

Last time we tried to do it seperate the numbers that were on the bearing did not give us a good bearing to shaft fit!

I just remembered this cash for clunker program today and how bizarre it seems that it was ever done....perfectly good cars being bought by the government...dealers having to pay to freeze up the engine blocks and scrap them......

Three years later ....a once in a lifetime nutso occurrence....

In NJ there are laws on that you are not allowed to fish on the Posted stocking day and the day after. I think they are stocked on Thursday, so it stinks for those who are off during the week and is great for those who only have the weekend.

That does not seem to match the wording of the specs, which say "24" from the pins".

I don't believe the ends of lift arms usually have pins. In my view the "pins" are at the inboard ends of the lift arms on the tractor body. Thus that capacity in the specs is more likely at the ends of the lift arms, assuming they are 24" long. It is not another 24 inches farther out.

Not knowing what a user will attach to the 3 point, the designers have to go by some known point that is obvious. They could get even more technical and tie capacity to the shorter arms that lift the lift arms.

There is one other factor that may come into play. If someone has somehow reduced the weight of the tractor itself, especially forward, and his hydraulic system has a stuck high pressure relief, lifting a heavy rear weight can raise up the front end of the tractor. My small BX Kubota has such 3 point lift capacity that grubbing some bushes, I had to add some weight out front to keep from lifting the front end off the ground for the stubborn stuff. And yes, nothing broke.

The reverse is true if you have a front bucket with good lift capacity, you can raise up the rear end trying to lift a big weight by the bucket. Not good on a side hill situation.

If not look up a Massey_Ferguson Dealer he can get you anything for a Massey-Ferguson Tractor,Massey_Ferguson Tractors are very good tractors ,dependable,and hold there resale very good,if using a loader ,I would try to find a Square rear Axle Massey- they are stronger and will carry a loader better then a round axle, Tractor.
I bought a 230 Massey-Ferguson and I am repainting it with new decals,so I went to E-bay found the Massey-Ferguson,decals ,and boots for the gear sticks.also paint,

The 30 amp fuse in the ignition circuit blows instantly when I try to start. I got it started once, but nothing I do now seems to work. Replaced Ignition switch, starter relay, interlock relay. Checked & repaired the ground switch. Series Parallel switch is pretty new and looks good. Starter (24 V) and generator are also pretty new. In my climate I don't need the glow plugs, flame primer, or anything else electrical so can I just disconnect all of these (lights, horn, most gauges aren't working anyhow)? Wondering if either starter or generator have an internal short. Wiring schematic from the manual doesn't seem to match up with my tractor. <br>

I put hytran in my long 610 power steering reservoir today mine is right above the alternator big blue with two big nuts on top one is the filter and the other is the fill plug

Sounds like a short, as from a mouse-chewed wire. Inspect what wiring you can see, then look for a troubleshooter with a multimeter who knows electrics.
