The module is easy to put in. It is behind the lower passenger side rear of the motor and has one plug going into it. The module does the spark timing and spark advance. You are getting spark now, but at the wrong time. I have no idea what a dealer would charge you, I don't even know what their shop time is worth. I don't associate with the dealers in my area. As far as I know there are no after market modules available.

Yup, I should have said pre loosened soil or fresh dumped crushed rock. An undisturbed dirt or gravel road is not landscape rake territory. They just dance along making a squeaking scraping sound, that's it, nothing else is accomplished only maybe a bit of dust stirred up.

I'd suspect it's diesel fuel. If it is it could be a dripping injector. There's other guys here that could give you better info. Be patient and they'll be around soon.

Mechanical fuel shut off. No decrnable feel, pause or separation when depressing the clutch. It felt as though the clutch were not being depressed when when shifting the PTO lever in and out of geat. Did not have any problem when putting tranny in gear with clutch depressed. Maybe it isn't a tw stage clutch, bur still no reason for the PTO to be that difficult to shift.

Does anyone have a good online source for parts to this tractor? Mine had an inline fuel filter and a filter in the sediment bowl. I need both. Actually it is a 360 DTC. 4 cyl<br>

Storm, there are two sides to this so take the advice with warning.

Mother's day is coming, you may wish to buy an attachement for your wife for the tractor and of course birthday. But be very careful, she make decide it means this is HER rig and there you are, loney and looking for another one. Fully fully agree with Frank. A serious piece of advice, you may need ear protection for the noise from especially a mower if loud. Eye protection is also good again especially with a mover for they will surprise you where they throw stuff. If you can get a manual read it page by page and then do it again and again. I for one don't like to connect a pto on a tractor running. Hve done it but don't like it.

It is good to oil all pivot points even those that have no oil or grease points. Some chemicals oftens used around tractors can create rust real quickly. (fertlizer being a big one and some chemicals used for weeds suspect snow has it own issues)

I haven't noticed a problem yet with out XUV 620i. It varys from a hard couple hours to a five minute run to the mailbox. I'm kind of a wacko when it comes to oil and filter changes on small equipment like mowers, Gators and the like. Probably none of them run more than 25-30 hours between changes, so if I do have a gas in the oil problenm I just never knew it. My reasoning is that with Gators and mowers easily topping ten grand I don't mind a ten dollar oil and filter change that might add up to 40 or 50 bucks a year. I know they have good air filter systems but most of those little engines sit right down where all the dirt gets to them.

It's a very durable and dependable engine. It's used to power all kinds of equipment.

Either the pawl on the shift arm broke off and the arm isn't moving the shift collar, or the needle bearing under the forward gear is frozen to the input shaft. That's if it won't shift by hand with the linkage off. If it's an internal problem the transaxle has to come out and be torn down. Most of the time it's obvious what's wrong when you split the case.
