leejohn, I did about the same on my scrape blade. Had a dropped down set of pin mounts added and put Cat 2 lift pins there for my CAT 2 and left the Cat 1 where factory put them for my Cat 1. Sure made that easier. kt<br>

Forgot above, I have the Cat 1 pins turned out and the Cat 2 turned in so they do not catch lift arms when using the other set of pins.<br>

I don't know about the Gator, this might sound stupid but are the brakes hydraulic? If so you might have to crack the bleeder a bit so the pistons can be pushed further in and then tighten it up right away to keep any air from being sucked into the system.

The Cat MT265 is made in Japan by Iseki, which also mfg. tractors for Massey Ferguson and AGCO, and previously for White and Bolens.

I borrowed my neighbor's EX3200 this winter to move snow. It worked OK but hydraulics for bucket were slow and difficult to get right. Looks like access to maintenance items isn't as good as some others. Hydrostatic control wasn't as good as Kubota so I bought a 7800.

Kenneth, great idea to get a couple extra, I'll do that.

Murf, I had ruled out me trying to ream out the arbor hole with a drill. I've tried similar things before and when the hole is already in something, trying to make it bigger, especially in hardened steel, just jerks you all around....would likely break my wrist! :)

I went with a 12 pump. That way I can power it from 120 or 12 volts.
This gives me several ways to power the pump instead of just one source of power.
4*My pump was 69 dollars and the nozzle was 20 bucks.

Thanks fellas. There isn't much stone left on top, but what has been pushed to the sides is big, mostly 1-1.5" as a guess. I'll order some top dressing of 3/8-5/8, have the truck spread it as he dumps and smooth it out with the box blade. Some CaCl sounds good too.

.3 Hrs mowing with the 2005 BX1500.<br>
.7 Hrs on the 2003 BX1500 tilling and grading to smooth out the ruts the Dollar General tractor trailer left in my front yard last month.<br>
If you think AG tires mark up a lawn try driving a semi truck through a wet soft saturated yard.<br>
Got that task done and went to the house and discovered that I'd lost my set of keys that has the house key on them.<br>

I had them in my coat pocket when I got on the 2003 BX 1500.<br>

O No: Did they fall out of my pocket on to the ground and I tilled them under smoothing the ruts?<br>
The wife and I walked the area I tilled & couldn't find them so was about to give up but I decided to take one more walk down along the place I tilled and graded, got about 10 feet and looked down to my left and there they were about 3 fourths buried in the dirt.<br>

They weren't hit by the tiller tines and suffered no damage.<br>

Besides, just like the whole imperial / metric debate, nobody wants to change their system.

In Metric, or more properly ISO, there is a numeric identifier on the head of a bolt. It is usually either one or digits followed by a decimal and another digit, this gives a much broader range of strengths and descriptions than the imperial ones do.

My comments here are pure speculation :) If there's no gasket under the oval metal piece then it was probably never designed to seal tight. That would imply that fuel under pressure is in an area where it shouldn't be, which probably means an internal leak somewhere (Diaphram, O-Ring or such inside the pump).

I found my problem; was something really stupid and simple. Had to disconnect T port and connect to N port while backhoe not attached. Thanks for your effort though. I used to live in MI for 15 years but I was a troll.

The bucket curl circuit when dumping has 2 settings? A little to the right and you should be able to feather the dump ALL the way right opens a relief valve? Dumps super quick. POSSIBLE first feather opening restricted? If it done it since new warranty should look at valve. DONT QUOTE ME ON TERMS FOR VALVES its early and I have BF and headed to work so can't look up.<br>

The BH is simple open close valves. Those you will have to learn to feather. Full extended as it starts down tractor move just little hand moves slightly and the valve opening opens. Try with fingers resting on grabbar and use thumb. ALSO are all the pivot points on the valve linkages lubed? none sticking a little.

I absolutely agree and would rather have the earlier model. They really need to bring back the simple and rugged compact truck.

You might be lucky finding one on eBay, the older KH-series machines manuals do sometimes turn up on there but don't expect them to come cheap :( as they are in quite high demand.
