The dealers around here use winshield washer fluid instead of calcium in the tires , it doesnt weigh as much as calcium but is also non corrosive, and is more money , I got mine from autozone for .85 gal , needed 11 gal in each of my small bx tires , but made a huge difference on my bank ,with the kubota wheel weights you could lift the tractor off the ground with one hand pushing on the top of the rops ,now you cant do the same thing pushing with both hands as hard as you can .

I have a Farm Pro tractor, bushhog, and finishing mower. I lost one of the "swag chains" or turnbuckles and cannot find a replacement. I can best describe it as being approximately 4 1/4" long and rectangular in shape. It holds the bush hog or finishing mower up. Can anyone help me?

The Dealership I work at, heats the entire facility with Used Motor oil. We are a pretty good size dealership and have a Recon Bld, a Body shop bld and a Main blding with 14 service racks etc. All of the heat and Hot water comes from the Used Motor Oil.
I would think you should be able to find a Company or a dealership that uses Motor Oil for heating. Call around or stick an ad in the local paper to draw attention for everyone to benefit from.
You might even check to see if anyone is doing Oil Undercoating and would like your oil. Some use Motor Oil and others use like a Bar-Chain oil (sticks better when cut with Kerosene)
Final thought, find a a place that has Dinosaur fossils and pour it on the ground and lable it "Fresh Kill" j/k

I have the CASE cousin of the TZ25DA (by the way thats Z-head, not Z'ee, LOL) and what I see as the difference is that the TC23DA is more of a compact tractor where the TZ25DA is a sub-compact tractor. Sub-compacts are designed to store in your garage but do a multitude of tasks while the TC23DA is designed for a drive-shed and is more tractor than a mower (even though HP is lower it has a higher hydraulic output than the TZ25DA). I think that you'll be surprised just how much a sub-compact (TZ25DA) can do for its size. Cheers.

We feel your pain & decided to use 2 3way manual valves in the tilt circuit below the floor.
Will hand turn the 2 valves 90 degrees to select front option or rear.

I don't own a BX23...but I've had the same problem with cars where if a relay is used in the circuit, they can become water logged and then the relay does what it wants regardless of the switch position. Solution is to remove the relay allow it to completely dry out and then silicone caulk its seams and reinstall. If the circuit is straight wired to the lights then your switch is becoming water logged...so...do the same thing. Cheers.

I've got a NH TC33D which seems close to size and mfg. as yours. If that last post doesn't help the situtaion you might have bigger problems, such as broken spider gear in the differential. When I bought mine new in 2003 the mechanic showed me a similar machine like mine that had the pinion gear shattered. I was amazed at how small it was---about the size of a chicken egg. Knock on wood, I have been hard on it and no problems after 300 hours.

As far as Korean machinery goes, the Koreans are up there among the best in my opinion. Even Cat dozers and some excavators are made in Japan for the US market. A friend here on the Gulf Coast sells excavators and dozers for the Katrina debris cleanup and rebuilding effort. He sells more Kobelkos than Cats. Their quality is superb. They're quick, innovative and dependable. The only thing I don't like is that their equipment is made and sold for the overseas market and as such they paint the equipment a torquoise green, only to have it repainted for the US market a bright yellow. When the yellow paint gets scratched or worn off you see the green beneath it.

What about a backhoe attachment for a skid steer? Probably a ten foot hoe is what I'd like.

It is interesting to see that JD is using Lucas oil as their supplier. Lucas in not that old, but has done well in the heavy trucking industry. The man that started it was a trucker.

I have the CASE cousin to yours and the manual recommends that you lower your hydraulics (3 pt & mower & FEL) when you are finished for the day. Bleed down of the 3 pt & mower can be controlled by the knob under the seat (rabbit/turtle markings on it), if you don't want to lower your hydraulics, it also saves you from slamming any 3 pt hitch inplements into the ground. WHEN I PARKED MY FERGUSON 231 TODAY I NOTICED THAT OIL (HYDRAILIC) WAS COMING OUT OF THE BOTTOM OF THE REAR BRAKE DRUM. I AM THINKING THIS IS A REAR AXLE SEAL LEAK BUT I DONT KNOW ??? DOES SOMEONE KNOW IF THAT IS THE SYMTOM FOR A SEAL GONE BAD AND IF SO, DOES IT TAKE TWO SEALS (INNER AND OUTER) TO FIX THE PROBLEM...THANKS FOR ANY HELP<br>

I have a King Kutter Carry All Frame from TSC that I am going to build a platform on. I may buy a large plastic box to put chainsaws and tools in which I will set on the KK Platform. They run about $115.00 at TSC.

I have used my utility trailer behind the tractor for the same thing, but then it needs to be unhitched when move brush with the tractor. The platform could stay on.

Just bought a 2000 Kubota B2410HSE w/237 hrs for $13,000. Has front loader and 60" mowing deck. Was garage kept and has all manuals and maintenance papers. Looks to be in great condition but did I pay too much? After looking at some of the postings it looks like maybe I might have. Plus, I really need to buy a backhoe attachment. Any advice on price, model, etc. Some have said Woods over Kubota. Mainly need the hoe for light digging and to pop out rocks from my property.

Do any of these rice rockets have enough power to pull a small trailer or boat and still get decent mileage over a pickup pulling a boat?...if so, I might sell the stakebed amd get one of those right away...

by small trailer, I'm thinking about 10' long with loads that would be of a 1/2 ton or less...and the boat I have right now, is a little 15' fiberglass tri hull with an 80 hp merc outboard on it....

or is this too much to expect out of one of those things?

While playing with my truck a couple of months ago while mildly stuck I was just running between drive and reverse, I caused damage to a part in my transmission. Didn't act up for over a week after. After looking at it I could see where Dodge could have trouble with a plow truck if the operator was not extremely cautious. Big difference in the cost of repair compared to a rebuilt from anyone. We have quite a few 6800 Kubotas out and have not had any problems but there is a first for everything.
