i can mow the bank up and down mostly...but a few places require only down...yeh, the children will have to taught to stay away from the fel when in storage...i also like the idea of a safety tie of some sort...thanks for your advice...

Hello Gentlemen. I am interested in your advise regarding these two machines. I am currently considering one or the other. I have 10 acres in Grant, Florida, a small farm. Will be doing brush cutting, and hauling mostly. I understand that the TC33 has more FEL lift capacity, and more bells and whistles. I am wondering if the differences warrant the increased price ? What do you think ?<br>

The 7305 is rated for 30 HP and 24 HP at PTO. The 3 point hitch has 1653 lbs. lift capacity at 24" behind lift arms and 2205 lbs. at the lift point. Base tractor weighs 2685lbs. The 476 loader has a 1675 lbs. breakout capacity and 900 lbs. to full height. Maximum lift height is 100". Bucket struck capacity is 8 cubic feet with heaped capacity of 10.1 cubic feet. Wheelbase is 67 inches with 115 inches overal all length. Overall width is 54 inches. It is a good tractor! I have the advertising sheet on this era of models.

Kwschumm, this idea maybe too late. If you construct 9' basement walls you can install your hvac, electric, etc. on the surface of the joists. This way you won't have to cut or drill the joists. This should give you about a 7'10" clear ceiling height.<br>

My usage will be lawn mowing, gravel drive maintenance, snow removal, and a host of landscape projects on about 3 acres. Since I am looking at this as an extremely long lived purchase, I want try to get something that will not present problems with implements down the road.

A blower is definitly the way to go, but you are going to pick up gravel no matter what. To minimize it, set the skids up high and make sure the blower is not angled down at all. Leave an inch or on top of the gravel, don't worry about trying to clean all the way down. Lastly, don't point the spout at anything you wouldn't throw a rock at.

Keep feeding/baiting them. That will get the in the habit of free lunch. There will be lots of ways to approach your bait then. Those critters are extreamly wiley so your will probably have to find a spot down wind.

I have had mine for a grand total of 1.9 hours I'm still on the honeymoon but one thing about the loader is if you slap the joy stick forward it locks in place (releasing the cylinder pressure) automatically dropping the bucket all the way to the gound sort of automatic for easy loading. I don't know if this is common for other loaders or not.

first go to your local electric supply house and get what we can a foam mouse. Usssally a couple of bucks. tie on a light wieght but strong string and put it in the end of the pipe. Now attach your vacumm to the other end making sure to get rid of as many air leaks as possible. Doing it this way way will suck out anything stuck in the pipe, including the ocasionall real mouse. do not try holding the string with your hand, it will give you one heck of a rope burn. also make sure the mouse is the right size for the pipe. I like to pull a 1/4 inch rope thruogh with the string and use that to pull the wire. Also you would be better off to pull 12/2 uf in the pipe instead of 12/2 nm wire

Shounds like the disc is stuck to the pressure plate or the flywheel. Try holding the pedal down while moving in a higher gear and braking the tractor, you might have to get rough with it, and it may break loose. Can't remember if thers a plug in the side of the bellhousing or not. I went through that on a older model not to long ago and popped it's stuck disc loose. If that don't work it's split time, good luck.

john deere 4200 tractor is the worst tractor ever built dont buy. I know you probley already bought it but anybody else looking at one stop. Dont waste your time. i had to rebuild the transmission when it was less than a year old just out of warrantee by hours $3200 to rebuild. I traded it in and got 3500 dollards with 3257 hours, nobodys buying them because they are junk there on ebay for under $1000.00 and still no bids,

I just completed trenching a quarter mile, 12" deep for a
soon to be buried power line. Yes, rotating the seat is not
a very easy or efficient process. I just get up, turn around
and kneel on the seat, using the steering wheel as a semi-backrest (loader and stabilizers down, always!) after
moving forward. If my legs begin to ache I alternate with
just reaching backward....but find that the latter hurts my
shoulder.

The serial numbers on most Kubota stuff is on the left hand side of the transmission housing or on the frame rail. For front guards when I sell tractors I most always add them unless told not to but it is to protect the investment as hoods and light assemblies are not as cheap as the brush guards.

Probley about $3800.00 if very low hours. I have one and just love it. It is just right for me. Power and size. You do realize that it has a lot of extra frame to it, which makes it a lot better.

It's not just the auto guys. Most industries where product life is in years go back 10 years as a minimum on parts. When I worked on snowmobiles, parts went back 10 years. But we often tried to make parts forward and backwards compatable, especially on the common to break parts.

I'm in the appliance industry now and it's similar. If parts are high movers, we'll keep selling them. But once the volumes drop, costs go up exponentially which drives the price up and often way beyond what someone is willing to pay for it. So the decision has to be made of when to make the part NLA - No Longer Available.

In the case of your SHO, it may have been unique and not a high volume part. So it became a major problem just to procure it, let alone let it sit on a shelf somewhere for years until someone wants it. That's money just sitting there.

I'm in the parts business now and I understand the issues. Look at little plastic parts. Totally cheap to make in production. But once it's out of production and you only sell 50 a year, you get hosed on costing. Supplier will charge $500 to setup the mold so if you order only 100 parts, that's $5 per part in mold setup alone. That's why little plastic pieces can get really expensive really fast.

The inside and outside face are made of 3/4" OSB. Therefore siding and interior attachments (Drywall and cabinets) are directly into this layer.
