I was at my dealer last weekend and they had a 2210 with the new 200X loader on the lot. The 200X is NOT a quick-tach loader. IMO it also looks quite a lot less substancial than the 210 (the weldment parts). Instead of being all fabricated, the stantions are cast and the mating part (on the tractor) sticks out as it did on the 210, but also up in the air. If I were in the market for a 2210 today, I'd be pushing my dealer to find a leftover 210; knowing that someday the 200X/CX will be the only available loaders. On the design front though, I have to assume the new loader was engineered properly and that it performs as required.

Try loosening the lugs and driving a short distance - this has worked for me.

I've always wanted a convertible. Last summer two of my retired friends have bought them. My wife and I went for rides and got all wind blown and sunburnt. Now I don't think I want one anymore.<br>

I never had a sunroof either. I'm now driving my daughters old Grand Am as a beater with a moonroof to and from work. Don't even use it either.<br>

I don't suppose this will help you much but a few weeks ago after I painted my '70 AMC Javelin I noticed the "Big Bad Orange" of the AMC color was a perfect match to my Kubota. It'll cost a lot more than $28 a quart though.

Start it up, drive it, and listen to it. Check the fluids for discoloration and charring. Ask the dealer for any maintenance information they have. Make sure it clutches properly. You will get hydro whine in high range, but the machine should be quiet in low.

The price seems ok as long as the tractor is mechanically sound and properly maintained. There may be some warranty left on the tractor, depending on whether it was in commercial service or not. Kubota has 1500 hours or 36 months on the powertrain for private use, you may not be able to qualify, but ask the dealer about it. Depends on when it was sold. Warranties may be transferable.

Sometimes the seeds do start differently, maybe planted a little deeper or closer to the surface. you might look to see if it is just a little later coming. Otherwise try lightly raking and sowing that area again.

YOur problem must go back to the forward reverser area as it is in both ranges. I haven't seen nor heard of a problem like this in that model of tractor not that it's unheard of in the industry. Do not hesitate to call your dealer as I do believe the tractor will need to be split.

First I would check ALL of the breakers and look for an internal circuit protection. I'd probably check for voltages and shorts inside all of the covers.

You may have to "FLASH" the field to regenerate the maganitism in the exciter. According to the very smart people it can loose its maganitic effect.

I would probably recommend sending it to a gen shop and have it looked at if it is not something simple like a loose wire or bad switch/breaker.

All BX's come with diff lock as standard equipment. It is a manual engagement with your left heal. The main housing is aluminum that is supported by full length steel rails.

That is the world of back order. Every brand is going through this right now. It is not the dealers fought. But call them and tell them that the loner is no good and ask for some thing different. But try to be nice it is a rough time of the year being hay season and harvesting season are hear. I am sure they will take care of you as quickly as they can.

It is your money but you don't have to change the fluid. Factory spec is 800 to 1000 hours. Just don't reuse any that drains out when the filters are removed just top off. Remember to fill the filters with fluid prior to reinstalling them to prevent a dry run up the pump.

My six foot brush hog has mowed my 8 acre hay field in around 4 hours and that actually was taking it easy trying to get a uniform cut. I think you may want to consider a tree farm plantation on half that field. LOL

Good post and good points. Anouther thing to remember is to round up (or generic equivalent) ahead of time. Give those weeds time to die and the roots to let go of their grip on the ground. This helps extensively when using a disk that is NOT 100# per disk like all of the ones we use with the small tractors.

We get them from a company called ?north state? I think. Any good farm equipment dealer should be able to get them. Bracket and all. Any bracket from a TC 55 to a TZ18 will fit, they all have the same spacing between the three holes in the front.
