I guess $35 was shot too low, but we're paying $15-18/Gallon for Super UDT. Shouldn't cost more than $180 to change the fluids. A far cry from $35 I agree, but still worth the $'s. (IHO)

I would say either get there early or late but not ten or so in the morning, that is when I had my problem. The traffic has not been a problem for me in the past, just hit it wrong last year.

The PTO failed on my TZ18 its two months old with 22hrs. The dealer picked it up on July 6th. They told me it will be ready on July 14th well it was not. Now they say they wont have parts until August 8th or later. They sent out a Kubota B7300 loaner on July 15th that is in such bad shape it will hardly cut grass. It made such a mess out of my lawn I had to have my old lawn service cut it. I don't think I should have to Waite 5 + weeks to have a 9500.00 mower fixed. What should I do?

Anyone used the BPS Implement enamel available at tractor supply? They carry a Kubota Orange, but nobody seems to know whether it is the old orange or the new bright orange II. The dealers want $28/quart for the Kubota paint. We were wondering if anyone has tried to match the new Kubota Orange with the BPS enamel Kubota Orange.<br>

Got the injectors out using murf's method but have 3 cracks in the old head. Anyone know where I can find a remanufactured head for a 1984-85 JD 850.

I believe the foldable ROPS on the B7610 is significantly higher than the rigid ROPS. I just measured mine and it is 83 inches to the under side of the ROPS or about 85 inches to the top. Looks like your dealer should have given you a foldable ROPS.

If your BX23 is the same as my BX2230 you do not have the rod type level indicator. instead they give you a flat thing at the top of the bucket. I could also use some advice from others who know a whole lot more than me on how to use the bucket more efficiently. But what I do is try to make sure it looks as level as possible, rather than trying to look at the bottom of the bucket. You can see this from the seat on the right hand side of your bucket. It also does not help much when you want to just shave a little off the top With practice it gets better, but I still dig a hole once in while when I don't want to.<br>

Oneace, I too have been considering purchasing front weights for my TZ24. Can you supply more information as to where to purchase after market weights? Can you also get an after market mounting bracket, or would it be best to purchase the bracket from NH. Thanks Dave

I'm redoing sections of my lawn. I added screened topsoil, then leveled, seeded and fertlized it two weeks ago. The grass is coming up nicely despite the semi-drought conditions in Central Wisconsin.<br>

However, I'm noticing that there are a few spots where either the seed didn't take or I missed areas when I seeded it. Can I just add seed to those spots or would it be better to go over the whole area (6000 sq ft) again with the seeder? <br>

I was considering buying an inexpensive "slit seeder" thinking that the new seed would get into the soil better that way as I can't roll/rake it in now. Or would the slit seeder damage the new grass already growing?<br>

If it were not for the heavy brush hogging you are intending on doing the 24 would be a nice tractor but because of your heavy use of pto power the 30 will be a much better suited to your needs. As long as your yard is fairly firm you won't have any problems with mowing, one other thought would be that since you say there are few obstacles for mowing you could save a good chunk of money on a rear finish mower. e Which ever you choose enjoy your new machine.

He will get you what ever you need and ship it via UPS or you can pick it up if need be. He can also have it arranged for you to pick up at the Clarksville, TN store as well. These guys have been my dealer for 3 years and I can tell you they are a great organization to deal with. Ricky gives a discount to TP and other members I send there way. Be sure and get yourself the shop manual CD as well......a REAL handy item to have.

This weekend I had the pleasure of spending some time with the MF2310 TLB. It was a very nice machine and the relative who purchased it, has and will certainly get a lot of productivity out of it. However, when it comes to engineering form, fit and function, as well as ergonomics, MF is a long way behind Deere. That is just my opinion, and I'll be the first to admit that the MF tractor will do the job very nicely, but it still is behind Deere in those aspects.

If you want a MMM with it, and don't mind turf tires, buy the Turf Special package and you'll save enough to get the hydro basically for free. I just bought a 4x4 B7510 Turf Special, Hydro, with the 60" MMM for 10,800. The package shaves about a grand off the price.
