Check the fuel shutoff selnoid is it clicking strongly when you turn the key on or is it more of a dull sound?<br>

A 10mm box end will remove it. Mine gets oil in back of the plunger and wont pull in. I wont pay $150 for a new one this is a BS problem and there should have been a replacement offered.<br>

If your selnoid is not clicking the bottom center relay contacts may have some corrision on the tabs.<br>

The period is 30 days I call the card company on the 31 day following when I asked for the refund and canceled the order.

Have up till (I think) 50 days from the billing statement to dispute the charge. At that point the card company will forgive the charge and try to get the money from that sorry ass company.

Mowproducts.com is a very poorly run business it is more like a internet scam. I do not recommend them to anyone!

Don we had red squirels bad used pounds of rat poison they keep moving in die in wall and smell.

Some one dropped off a couple (or they just showed up) junk yard cats. Those 2 cats keep red and gray away from all of the buildings. Only draw back is they do like to watch the bird feeders for a bird that not paying attention.

That is "ASSUMING" your pump has male splines. <br>

You may need to replace the driving end at the same time you replace the driven end.<br>

EDIT I've reread you post a couple more times. It is possible you might have an alignment problem between the two systems.

That helps. What color exaust are you getting as it bogs down?

Mine will pull must gentle grades in C4 with out a trailer most times. Mine likes to pull better down around 1400-1500 rpm's. But once it falls below 1300 she dies. (A gentle grade to me is one I could ride a old ba;loon tires coaster brake bicycle up when I was 14 or 15 to some that would be steep)

You might check fuel filter and or air filters.

Sounds like a short. Check all the wiring in the mower system. Could even be in the clutch for the mower pto.

It is a good article. I would not be surprised to see the state come in and condem the repairs because they weren't done by the state had no inspectors not done with union labor etc.

I do not dare grab a bucket of coldpatch at work to put in a pot hole in front of my house. The county or someone would sue me if they had any type of a problem for what ever reason.

Our state and county guys can sit in their 6pass trucks all day 5 guys fill 15 pot holes in a day and they feel they have really did a days work. 1 driver 1 supervisor 1 labor 1 traffic and 1 to learn how. IT FREAKIN CRAZY!

I'd be willing to bet in a few more years you'll see 9 pass trucks for state and county.

Murf will they let me bring my safe? Several large cal handguns several Bolt rifles many shotguns and several AR's plus 1500+ lbs of ammo, bullets, primers, powder. I'll leave tools tractor and rest of stuff here. I'm only moving with the important stuff. Maybe I'll squeeze in my reloading stuff also.

My thoughts: 16" or 14" 3-16's or 4-14's. The tractor is light. You have to get that HP to the ground to pull.

How efficient do you need to be? Is it a 4X4? How many acres? How often you gonna plow?

I like to see the soil roll off the molboards, not get to the end and fall back in furrow. You need an efficient speed especially if you are rolling sod uphill.

I'd hire a neighbor. Trade some time out.

Or talk to your equipment dealer who knows your soil conditions and what you need to do. Hard sticky soil will kill HP and traction.

Many times #1 is stamped on cap. If not you will have to bring engine to TDC (mark on crank pully) lokk at rotation of rotor typically clockwise. Getting more technical pull #1 spark plug (the front plug) turn engine over to compression stroke line up TDC note location of rotor that is you #1 wire and proceed as Murf fire order.

For me it's JOB SECURITY! The public screams about the trucks. When you look at the road permits, fuel, registrations, special permits, hazmat fees, and all the taxes I think the industry more than pays its fair share.

I agree some roads are better left to bicycles. But how much do they pay? Now who's gonna pay to fix them?

There have been many posts about this subject.

My opnion is turfs are the best all around for any type of lawn work and snow removal. I also use mine in the woods. In the muddy conditions turfs and R4's are about the same helpless I throw on chains and can do about anything a tractor with ag's can do except go fast.

When plowing a garden for planting turfs work fine. When I have plowed old sod and it was damp I did put on a set of chains. But that no different than chaining up large farm tractors to protect tires from rock cuts in the furrow.

Unless you are running a large operation a 50KW is way overkill. You will need a 100hp tractor to operate it at full power.

That said a 20 hp tractor will run that generator if you only need 10KW or less.

You will have to run the generator at rated rpm at all times in order to get the 240 or 110 volts at 60 hertz. You can not run it less or you will damage your appliances similiar to brown out conditions.

I would try sometype of crusher run top soil blend. I would not be afraid to reuse millings that have sat for a year the asphalt has not disappeared it still there. The key is to regrind them or break up the chunks as much as possible. I would also try to break up the old drive as much as possible.

Just as a reference I have about 70,000 tons of millings in our yard. We crush them and add them back to asphalt. Our lab tests them often we have yet to lose any asphalt content unless we fail to keep them clean. Some piles are 25,000 tons plus and have been there for 6 years.

I would still recommend using kero or fuel oil to rerelease the ac.

WOW had forgot I'd posted it. Leg doing great it's full weight bearing. I have not tried jumping down from tailgate on pick up yet. BUT can stomp foot now and get snow off boot. It will still twinge a little. Walking in deep snow causes some muscle groups around fibilua to cramp yet. That bone was not set. Have titanium rod in tibilua.

I was very lucky boy not worse. I am very happy repair and leg doing as good as it is. Go hunting tomorrow. Looking forward to get back in woods to cut firewood.

You do not want a cat0. You need the cat1. If you go to JD and register you can view the exact parts manuals. If you want to wait a couple of days (I getting ready to hunt coyotes tomorrow and Sun) I'll measure everythging on my 4400 35hp and post that for you.

Sam there are pages and pages in the archives on the topic.

On road is a low sulfur product now and many places have moved to the ultra low sulfur.

IN OUR AREA off road and heating are the same. We do have to treat for gelling. We cut using 30-40 % kero at work.

I use straight heating oil at home. I (if I remember) do dump in some power service now and then. But my tractor is parked in the house by wood stove during winter. Return fuel keeps fuel warm when outside working.

I have no fear about using the pto gen. All PC's are on their own APC's.

The hertz never wavers with the PTO. I'd have more concern about the brown outs and spikes from the power or phone lines. A icey limb hits the power line and there is much more disruption of power than the PTO fading a little, if it does.

I exercise mine once a year. Whole house everything on making sure water pump starts, air compressor everything.

Tractor will grunt a little when load hits but needle stays very steady. 275 gallons of fuel in big tank.

Who cares if driveway gets plowed as long as I am warm and can watch TV or read or surf during a big power outage. Of course I could put the "M" on it if I REALLY had to do both at same time.
