I am very concerned that they did not install new casing.

If the walls do collapse and you do have to pull the pump whats the point, you will not get it back down the hole anyway. I don't think.

I would want the well cased. Even if you have to use a liner on your current casing. Big enough to get your pump down.

Pressure wash will work good. Just be careful and do not aim the hi-pressure water at seals and pins that take grease. The hi pressure will push what you r trying to remove into those cavities.

Welcome home.

It may be something as simple as a gunk or gummy area it the throttle valve area.

Change out all the fuel to clean fresh. Look for an injector pump additive that cleans. DO NOT go overboard with more is better.

For instence the additives that kill diesel fungus will leave a very gummy residue (almost like a varnish) and it takes alcohol to cut that.

If it worked B4 U left play with it some and it might,hopefully, loosen up with out a overhaul.

A bad bearing should have no relationship to the old axle geometry.

How many hours on the machine? Is the bearing sealed or open? If open when was it packed last or oil checked.

Bearings do wear out faster if they get containminated. Also if they are not torqued to spec. I'm trying to remember if they are cone or ball bearings in the hub. I've had my 4400 apart to replace the leaking seals.

Just a DAQ.

Is the unloader valve working sometimes if they stick the engine will pull over great and just about then the pump will hit pressure. The engine usually trying to start can not overcome that resistance.

That is also why it is important to talk to the supplier.

Our distributer interchanges "#2" and "off road" it comes out of the same tank at the refinery. Our #1 is #2 cut with kero. I believe that true #1 is more of a kero?

Kersoene is shipped clear from the refinery (to the best of my knowledge) and is dyed at the local terminal for non tax applications.

Clear Kero is used during the winter to cut Low sulfur on road. It is also sold to the little kero stove people that package or provide small amouts to home users.

Off road is not the same as on road low sulfur.

Off road is not refined as much to remove the sulfur.

This year on road fuel will take a tremendous hit when the neww sulfur standard hits it. We are expecting to see .30 cent increase.

Off road/ farm/heating has a high sulfur content and the feds are about to try and play with that also.

The dyes are added at the refineries, not locally, so it is a done deal before the tanker ever loads.

I have a 112 which is the same system.

First thing is the 2 drive belts, older models have fits with any wear in the belt. Put on new belts.

Second check the variable speed sheave, will the idler in the center slide back and forth easy?

Third check the spring tension on the variable sheave, it should be real taunt.

Mine is 37 this year I've had it for 22 years. The sheave is worn out on mine and is locked into the high range by lever and it runs in the low range side. If I move the lever back the tractor will not move unless I pull back on the clutch pedal with my heel.

It's worn out but still works ok for trimming. Good Luck

OA that's too funny. We had a VERY GOOD LOOKING YOUNG FLAGGER jump over the bank and squirt the dirt. She grabbed a hand full of bushy vines to wipe the dribble off... She was out of work for 3 weeks. You oughta heard her husbands side of the story...blisters the size of 50 cent pieces... Not to mention he was outta luck for much longer...

Oak and Ivy do not bother me either. BUT I'm not gonna ever test it there either.

I have a old coggered up JD mower that I made into a 3ph. It works ok for the 1-2 times a year I use it. Currently the pitman stick is broken and I need to find one.

Watch the auctions and do not pass up an old New Idea 2 wheel PTO powered trailer mower. It might be a little more cumbersum to use but for the money it will be by far your best buy.

Unless you find a serious collector who needs it for a collection. It will be hard to find a home for it.

It will be worth more in parts.

The 6cyl gasser was hard on fuel and at todays prices it would be like having a Big Block Mucle Car. Take it out and polish drive around the yard a couple of times, take to a parade...

Most of the pounding problem is from the lack of shocks. There is really nothings to control the pounding of the suspension except for a load.

About the only way around it is to slow down to minimize the pounding.

All my trailers act like that also, tandem and single, I've seen my single bounce 2' in the air from an unseen pothole.
