I haven't been under the hood of a 4115, but I'm sure there are steering lines and perhaps others behind the dash.
Maybe start it for a bit to see if anything does come from under there. If nothing is coming from there then probably no need to remove the panels.

Does the engine slow down when you loose power, or does the engine continue to run full speed and the forward speed of the tractor slow down?
If the engine RPM's drop then a fuel filter is usually the first suspect. That is an easy fix, a new filter.
If the engine continues to run full speed and the forward motion slows then a slipping clutch likely is your culprit.
Do you have an owners manual that perhaps tells how to adjust the clutch? If it hasn't slipped too long then an adjustment may fix it but if it's slipped too long then a new clutch is your answer.
Almost all clutch replacements require the tractor to be split for access to the clutch. If you have the tools and a safe way to support the two halves of the tractor while apart it isn't a real high tech thing to replace a clutch. Other wise a Deere dealer or any good tractor repair shop is your friend.

Sorry for my assumption that you were a guy instead of a girl. I have a grand daughter who can embarras lots of boys with her power tool and machine handling skills.
I can't get too specific on a Yanmar, the closest I've been is seeing a local truck garden use a couple of them.
The only advise I'll offer is to not get too tool happy just yet, buy them as you see the need. Lots of high dollar complete tool sets go for the most part un used.

I can't think of a reason to not use the tilt circut for your angle cylinder.
I'm not sure of the width of your tractor but I think they use a 60 inch mid mower to cover the tire tracks, so just guessing the outside width of your tractor's rear tires is probably 52 - 54 inches leaving you 9 - 10 inches on the outside of each rear tire, enough with an angled blade???
I'm hoping you have four wheel drive or you will have a difficult time at best, and even with four wheel dirve you'll need as much or more rear ballast than you loader bucket requires.

I was wrong.
I was thinking of the 3XXX series thsat replaced the prior 4XXX series.
Sorry, I need to start over, The 2520 isn't a lot bigger than your 2210. So I guess it's up to you how bad you want to scratch tha new tractor itch. I'd have a hard time spending 8000.00 for a position control. My 4310 just has a lever in a long slot that I manually control the heigth of the three point, maybe there is some new system that automaticly controls it, I don'r know

I don't know about the hood latch, I have no experience with a Massey but the seat switch, maybe.
On my Deere if you have the transmission lever in neutral and the parking brake set and locked the PTO will run while you are off the seat. I've used it to run PTO powered grain augers and other stationary equipment with nobody on the seat. A Massey may be different, I'm not sure.

Now to move your Edge-Um-Catin,(that's probably Michigan slang) a bit farther along, did you know that the word paradox means two doctors?
An fellow on another board sent me a dictionary of computer slang abreviations, so please don't start using them, there must be thousands of them. I'd be even more confused than I am now.

Some expensive experience that I can share here.
I at one time owned three case 70 and 90 series farm tractors all equiped with their 504 CID turbocharged diesels. They were quite famous for their cavatation issues, and I probably could still come up with the repair bills to document it. The Case company's soulution was to add a bypass type coolant filter into the system that had a chemical "pill" that would rattle around in a new filter, then gradually dissolve adding something to the coolant to prevent the cavatation. This did solve the problem for me, I don't know who owns those tractors now, but hopefully this didn't happen again for them.
According to son No. 1 who has worked for a major oil co. for a long time, their research on whatever the "Safe" to the environment coolants they came up with to replace Ethelene Glycol that the cat could drink wasn't so great either. The contaminats the new stuff picked up from inside the engine when drained to replace it ended up making the new stuff just a higher priced product for the consumer that in the end did very little to save the planet. Well maybe the cat could drink it a little longer before it did him in.

Welcome to the form;
That subject comes up pretty often here.
Regardless of the brand of tractor you'll be hard pressed to find many here who have actually used one that will recommend it.
Without a subframe for the hoe they will eventually destroy the three point hitch if not more.
They look good in the slick brochure, but that's not the way it really is.

To be on the safe side I'd call a Deere dealer.
The AMT's were built before Deere had the Hy-Gards, regular and Lo-Vis. It seems that for quite a while their standard answer for anything going in the small equipment, compact tractors, Gators, or lawn mowers has been Hy-Gard Lo-Vis, but I'd check for sure.

We're at the house in town for a few days and my service manual is at the house on the farm so I'm shooting from hip again.
Ok, if my memory is correct the side mount pump on the engine is two separate pumps in one housing both fed by the big tube from the sump. The smaller half of the pump is for accessories, steering, brakes, PTO, etc., the bigger half of the pump is for outlets for the loader, three point,etc.
Now your steering PTO, etc. work, so that would indicate that fluid is getting to the pumps. Why one is working and the other not, I'm not sure.
Was the inlet tube to the pumps the only tube you serviced when it was broken by the stump? Has the outlet tube from the bigger half of the pump been damaged, pinched off enough to restrict flow and gone un noticed?
Sorry, but I'm about out of ideas, somehow it will get figured out, let us know what it was, ok.

Just a bit of my memory of hydraulic quick couplers.
My first memeory is from the "H" and "M" Farmall days, they had no couplers at all. Three half inch pipe nipples came out of the sides of the tractor behind the flywheel housing from the old "Belly Pump" they had two on one side one on the other side. Most everyone put a 90 degree elbow on the ends of the nipples then to couple a cylinder you screwed a half inch pipe plug out of the elbow then screwed the swivel end of the hose going to the one way cylinder into the elbow. That was as close to a quick coupler as we had then. Pretty soon the Pioneer type came along to lessen that chore.
When the Super series, M's, and H's came along with two way hydraulics up thru the end of the 4 cylinder tractors IHC used a sort of flat faced coupler mildly similar to the Bobcat flat face ones they use now. They had a large nut that you could screw the two ends together with that fastened the hoses firmly to the tractor, if something behind came unhitched it tore things all to pieces. Then they came up with a bracket system that held the couplers together without the big nut so that a trip hitch plow could come unhitched without ripping the hoses in half before you got the tractor stopped. Those flatface bracket held couplers were a fizzle, they leaked bad when new. I still have some of them left from when we replaced the flat face with Pioneer type ones. From then on IHC was pretty much Pioneer type, some bigger for higher flow etc.
The absolute best couplers ever made to this day in my mind came on the 4010 and 4020 series John Deere row crop farm tractors. Built up hose pressure meant nothing, you pushed the male half into the back of the tractor, pulled down on a little lever, that released the hose pressure and you were coupled up, no leaks, no mess, no problem. I have a hard time understanding why they couldn't have just made them bigger for modern higher flow systems and still had a simple coupler system the still has any coupler beat that I've ever been around.

You may be remembering a post I made a couple years ago about a neighbor building a subframe to mount a Kelley three point hoe on an "M" Farmall.
His original plan was to put the three point hoe on his Faermall 656 with a three point hitch. A 656 is a row crop tricycle tractor about the same size as your 7000 only less horsepower. He did mount the Kelly hoe on the three piont of the 656 but soon was tearing the three point arms up. His soulution was to buy an "M" Farmall tricycle tractor, build a subframe from some heavy channel that went under the rear axles of the M forward to the side frame of the M just behind the front wheels. I don't remember how he fastened the hoe to the subframe but it became a permanent mount, he's never taken it off that I know of.
I can see a similar subframe system that you or a welder friend could build that would use the three point lift arms of the 7000 to lift it into place till some pins were insetrted to take tha load off the three point lift arms to be a subframe mount. One thing about a tractor similar to your 7000 is you have lots of room under the rear axles to mount something like this instead of a compact tractor with hardly any clearance underneath to do something like this. This worked fine, yours could too.

Yes, I'm far from an expert on foreign trade of ag products. But do know that like any other trade of equal quality products with the freight, tarrifs, political barriers, etc, all cominmg to a bottom line cost the low bidder gets the trade.

First of all I'm not a moderator here and had no business jumping in quite so fast but we have had some issues here with people trying to sneak ads in as a regular post. I do apologize for my error.
Now box blades, I've ever only owned one, a Land Pride a six foot I think with seven manually adjustable scarifier teeth. I've never had the hydraulic top link or hydraulic scarifer teeth adjustment. Those things can be great if you are an all day every day user. Land Pride things aren't cheap but they are top drawer. You can do lots better at TSC money wise and likely never destroy it in normal use.
So far as usefull mine is on anytime the rear tiller or rear mower isn't on the tractor. You will find it usefull as a box blade more than you'd think, plus they are a great counterweight for a front loader, and an excellent emergency brake. I've probably gotten a bad habit but I use mine for a parking brake whenever it's on the tractor, no chance of the brake lock coming off.
