My belt came off when I was either engaging or disengaging the lever. I noticed it would happen when I did either quickly. I now slowly push or disengage the hand lever and have not had a problem since (2years)

Since our first conversation. I believe he and I are the only ones concerned and upset about this problem. The 1st shop foreman put me to work with suggestions. The 2nd one inquired with newholand,and is content to wait to hear from them in a week or two. With 20,000 invested , I am more than a little anxious. If I don't get some enthusiastic attention from the shop and a cure, I'll be shopping for another tractor.

I just talked to new Holland shop about loader jerking violently when lowering. Also bucket curling up from up pressure. Also about hydraulic pump cavitation. It is designed to do that. Yours sounds worse than that,. Have you checked fluid level?

Mine is a 2021 with 35hrs. If yours jerks please reply

I know this is an old post, but I had the same problem. The 3 point lever on the right side that raise and lowers the 3 point was jamming hard and I had to really push it forward and back to get it to go. Finally it stopped working. I took the seat off and looked at where the 3 point lever joined the lever at side of the gear box. then I followed the 1/4inch by 6 inch long rod that traveled back from this point and passed thru a brass eyelet, then there was a spring and then 2 nuts at the end of this threaded rod. I took all this apart and found when it was apart, I could use a pair of plyers to grab a hold of the lever where the 3 point lever attached and move it back and forth and the arms would raise up and down. I then put the plyers on the brass eyelet and saw it should swivel back and forth about 1/8 inch as the 3 point arms go up and down. It wasn't moving freely, very hard to move it. I could see the threaded rod was jamming as it was going through this brass eyelet and wearing it away. I began spraying WD40 on it and moving it back and forth and slightly in and out. It finally became very free. I put everything back together, but saw that when it was jamming, I bent then 3 point lever, so I had to bend it back, bolted it on and everything works great.

bought a tractor with loader from wife,s cousin who passed. !st day to new home and hydraulic pump housing split in two. found a dealer, ordered pump, put it in but the bypass lever will not engage/disengage. could the yoke inside be ruined or something? I need this tractor to work. replacing drain field before winter. Manuals have no references to hydralic system. I dont know how to bleed system either. I am fairly handy with tools but I've got to have something to read to figure it out. Was so excited to finally have a tractor but now wishing for dynamite. dealer said the relief valve is not working and i should clean it out. I don,t know where that is either. i can haul it to dealer but the $ will be outrageous i'm sure. if anyone has time to correspond i would be very grateful.

been there done that. my john deere has that valve. this is way worse than a control issue. the shaft that controls the 3-point will spin completely around and feels like it is not connected to any thing inside the transmission. it appears to be a major job. thanks for your reply.

I am sure you have a pump problem if your father in law did not change the oil in the pump, those have to have the oil changed when the engine oil is changed, and they must be periodically checked for oil level.<br>
I inherited one of those as well, so far it is not good news, very expensive to rebuild, looking for an alternative.<br>

Just purchased an 805. The ignition is not starting the tractor after the first few weeks in the hay field. Previous owner never had a problem with it but is also the one who let the rats nest get built under the dash after letting it just sit few the past two years. Traced every wire I know and still have nothing hitting the starter. Think it may be a fuse or some sort of relay. Does anyone have some info on this?

YES I GOT RIPPED OFF I have had the tractor just over a few months now and have about 15 hrs or so., on it. The dealer national machinery traders pty ltd foton tractors doesnt help at all, rubbish foton tractor. Following issues fuel tank and injector pump leaking from main housing, also hydraulic pump leaking i have a warranty "yeah right" I want a full refund so i can buy a different brand. Another major issue is the gearbox is very tight and wont go into gear. I call national machinery traders pty ltd whom supply foton tractors and no help!! rip offi want a refund! What are my rights?<br>
