There are several potential problems. A couple of questions need to be answered. Does the engine turn over by hand by that I mean can you manualy turn the crank?, how many hrs on the unit?, Is this a new problem or progressive problem, what is a strong battery? how many volts DC are registered, Will it start with cables or jump pak? Some possible problems could be bad gound, dead spot on starter, faulty key switch, problem with neutal saftey switch, sized starter, bad solonoid, corrosion in wiring. If you can give some more symtoms and oberervations I'll try to get you through it as beast as I can with out seeing it.
