I got a Kubota L 2900 hydro glide shift transmission...<br>
I brought it over to my mothers house it worked really good went to town with my dads mom came back and started it up to load up oñtje trailer to head home and it felt like it was stuck in 1st gear and its in 1st gear no matter if I put it in forward or reverse..... Has anyone ever had this happen to them any ideas on what you think. I would really appreciate it thanks in advance Brian2900

Did you ever get the 3 pt working? I have the same problem. I am new to the tractor and am wondering if there is a disconnect somewhere that I am not able to make it move. I have a Dual loader and it works fine, but it has an external pump running it.

I have the same problem. Changed the fuel filter, then the fuel pre=filter just before the fuel pump and the fuel pump and the whine and poor performance (stalling and lack of power) remain. Disconnected the fuel line at the engine and the amount of fuel pumped thru is minimal at best. Tested the original pump and the output was normal for a good pump. Followed the fuel line to the tank and inspected the inlet screen, that was clear and the entire fuel line was clear.
Question: Does the on board electronic limit the voltage to the pump?

I have some debri wrapped around the motor shaft that the rotor assembly is mounted to. I have removed the side, and have the bolt out of the rotor assembly, but I am unable to manually pull up on the rotor assembly to remove it.<br>

Looks like, if I even had a large enough bearing puller it would not work because the center post would sit on the rotor asembly and not give me anything to push against.<br>

Any suggestions on how to break the rotor assembly loose for the post it is mounted to?<br>

My son stopped abruptly in the yard on my parents 99 or 2000 model gator and it choked off instantly. When we tried to restart, the gator just keeps on turning over. Doesn't really sound like it is attempting to start. I find this strange as it was running fine before he stopped. It had been giving problems cranking before this particular time though. My neighbor works on things and the only way he got it to crank was to just keep turning it over. Like two or three minutes worth of cranking and it fired up. Any suggestions ??

I have a 3320 without a cab, and use an MX-5 cutter on hilly terrain. It has enough power to do the job. Other than maybe getting it to go faster on hills while driving on the road, I don't need more power. But with a cab, there may be more weight, and power used for the A/C.

If the temp gauge works it stays right on the lower green line. With the thermostat in it moves just past the green line but definately in the proper operating temp. The reason I pulled the thermostat was to get the temp down to see if the temp sensor was bad and causing the fuel pump to shutdown but it didn't help so I assume the temp sensor is ok.

Yea I have a water seperator and I can see fuel is full. I even replaced to water seperator last year to be sure I was not sucking air through the top of it. I haven't had time to add the pressure gauge yet but that should tell me alot.

to get it hotter then the short test I did the other day.

Now that the operating temp is cool is lowers at normal speed. So it go slow after running the unit for a while.
I was doing some heavy box blading in high range.

Is it likely that any damage was caused to the engine? If I replace/repair the hydraulic pump, and change the engine oil, should I be good to go? I'm pretty handy, but a novice mechanic. Is replacing the check valve and the seal something that I should attempt? Thanks for your advice!

my m7500 was victum to a theft thay got away with auxiliary control valves front grill and altinator i fond an altinator but is need of the other parts will any other models work that use the same parts? so that i could mybee get them abull to broden my search thank you <br>

my tractor is a 2000 tc33d I have no 10 AMP FUSE AS THE INFO implies. Must have been some changes. my fuse panel is set up #1 7.5 amp rear pto/ fuel selenoid #2 7.5 amp instrument panal gauges #3 20 amp main light switch #4 15 amp rear work light/hst cruise control - empty spot - #5 15 amp rear hazard flasher lights -empty spot

If I add a front axilliary light should I add a new fuse & circuit? or use one of the others? It a powerful light.

Thanks Art, I don't know why I didn't think of lowering the shoes and shortening the top link. Frustration is blinding I guess. I tried it yesterday on the gravel drive outside the barn and it seems as if it could help. The thing leans toward the tractor now instead of toward the cutting edge. As for the 25 y/o asphalt, it's been sealed once a year with your typical Agway/Walmart driveway sealer. Probably the main credit is due to my mother who always painstakingly sealed the larger cracks with crack sealer. Anyway, I still feel I overbought with this huge 3 pt. blower for our relatively small drive. But maybe I'll keep it around for a while...I'm sure it would really earn its keep during those occasional blizzards in the Albany, NY area!

Well I will take delivery of my new TC45DA on Monday, if the deal you are looking at does not have a Mid PTO, and the tires are not filled you should expect to pay about 24-25K for a new one so a 5K savings for a machine with only 200 hours seems like a great deal, though until the end of the month you get 0% financing for three years for a new one, take that into consideration when laying out 20K cash 23-25 Financed at 0% becomes 20-21 cash money over three years. Either way seems like you will have a good deal.

I have a 2001 TC35 w/400 hours,shuttle Type transmision, I have a clutch issue, The clutch will not disengage, I can start the trator in gear forward or reverse, If tractor is in Nuetral I can star but it will not go into forward or reverse. It has been parked outside with some heavy rains recently for a week or two of not being used. Any suggestions

thanks for the info, I'm going to wait and see what the dealer comes up with. I was informed that this will be a warranty issue. My concern is that the warranty is comming to an end and then what? I have e-mailed JD with my concerns with no response, anyone have an idea how to get in touch with the JD rep in Vermont / NY. Here's more info on the crack, the dealer seems to think the draw bar has been hit direct (hard), and this would cause enough stress to crack the rear end. I don't believe you would be able hit the rear end while having a bush hog on as well I know I did not hit or bottom out while bush hogging. There are no physical holes in the casting only a long crack which is very hard to see with the naked eye, there is a lot of oil leaking, over night a gallon and half leak out prior to bringing it back to the dealership. thanks and look foward to all inputs.
