B173 = 173" belt, you can buy one at any autoparts store, picked mine up at Napa, about 1/3 the cost of the dealer price. Just give them the B173 and they can get the belt for you if they don't have it in stock which they didn't when I got mine.

Mike, I have had my Stihl FS-85 for over 6 years and I have cut down trees, brush, and most anything that can grow. Parts are readily available at the local stihl dealer, but I am happy to say that I have never had to buy any. It has been a rock solid piece of equipment ever since I have owned it.

In floor heating would be the way to go. Do you have access to wood for heating? I have a neighbor that built a 34x60 barn and a 3,000 square foot house and is all heated off one of the outdoor wood burners, it could heat twice that with out any issues.

After checking over all the connections for the antifreeze, I found a the tube coming from the right side of the engine that goes to the drain valve was not tight enough. It just so happens that this tube touches the vent tube for the engine so when this antifreeze tube leaked it ran down the vent tube. I sure am glad it wasn't something major with the engine. Thanks for those that gave suggestions.

Normally I mow in mid range with it the tractor moving as fast as it can. I do sometimes mow in high range, but only after the spring and the grass isn't as thick. I am extreamly happy with the truning radius, I can almost turn around at the end of a line and have the left side meet back up right where it left off, I normally go a little past the tall grass at the end so when I turn I do meet back up, depending on the type of ground your mowing on turning that sharp may cause a little grass to rip up, I also do have supersteer.

Hello, two weeks ago I had a 7308 loader installed on my TC33D. This week I noticed that when raising the loader the left side (when sitting in the drivers seat) starts to raise before the right side. Has anyone else ever noticed this issue, or is there an easy fix. I am taking it back to the new holland dealer to have a look on Monday, but wanted to know if anyone else has seen the same issue.<br>

That is good to know, I also just received a quote for a tractor from both tarheel and Corriher, Tarheel was about $1500 cheaper than Corriher, but it isn't worth it if they can't prep the tractor correctly. I guess I know who to make the purchase through now.

I am going to buy a 7308 with a Heavy Duty bucket for my TC33D tractor. The prices I have been quoted from two seperate dealers is right around $3000. To have the loader installed is around $250. Is this a good price or should I do better? <br>

funny you should mention those rubber hoses breaking, as I was using my box blade tonight I lost about 2 gallons of fluid, the rubber hose going into the cooler split.

If these are just heater hose elbows should they be replaced with something different? Is there a better grade hose to use that won't be prone to crack so easily?

Something you may want to check if the indicator light is not coming on. On my 2001 tc33 the switch that turns the indicator light on had a loose bolt and the switch fell down. This caused the lever not to hit the switch when the PTO was used. I just moved the switch back into place and tightened the bolt, then the indicator lights worked.

I just purchased a TC33D with 800 hours on it 72" MMM rear discharge, superstear. I paid $11,500 and was wondering if this was a good price. No front end loader, but getting prices from the dealer now.<br>
