I work for a JD dealer, we are a multi line power equipment dealer..Stihl, TORO, ExMark, Honda and John Deere through the 5000 series. the notion that CUT dealerships, structured like ours, do not have customer service as a top priority is hogwash. Our CUT sales represent a huge portion of the GP$ pie for us. It would be easy to make the case that the CUT dealer is motivated to do better on customer service than the ag dealer...but I wouldn't make that case because what it all boils down to is the priority that service is given by individual dealer management and the skill sets of the people they choose to employ... NOT whether they are an Ag or a muti line CUT dealer.

Good advice Big Pete...in fact I'd have her cut n split a few cords a wood while your at it no sense in lettin her get away with this kind of thing there's just no tellin where it might lead...next thing you know she'll be down gettin her library card and then you'll be in some tall weeds for sure.

I believe that the fuel reservoir should be full of gas all the time...it is a sealed system and the 4110 has an auto bleed feature (unlike earlier models) so that one does not have to bleed the fuel system after running out of fuel. If you recently ran it out of fuel and then refilled it I suppose its possible that the auto bleed system is not working correctly...bottom line is the reservoir should be full of fuel not air.
