After much deliberating, demoing, and unbiased consideration, I purchased a 4300 hst/ 430 loader with 299 hours on it. I have noticed from posts and dealers own mouths, that there can be some John Deere issues with this machine. Can anyone help me make a list of JD type problems and solutions so I can make a preemptive stike to prevent costly problems in the future. One I can remember is the in line filter for the 3 point lift. Thanks

sorry about the double post, after a couple says with no response, I thought a new title might spark more interest. It did thanks. Mine does have the newer axle. I checked the wheel bolts and they were tight. I barely have had time to use it (and boy is it fun) so I haven't checked much else yet. I did hunt down a manufacturer that makes the JD quick attach brackets, top and bottom that you can weld on anything to make it fit JD. About $21 for the top 2 pieces and $40 for the bottom 2 pegs. ....
