Looked at both CK20 and Kubota 7500 Like the way Kioti is built and the heavyness of the unit. I still need to convince myself that resale and warranty will be ok down the road. Any input would be helpful. Dose the hst modle have a live pto?? Any other factors between the two?

"I still need to convince myself of resale and warranty down the road"

There should be no problem with warranty with either machine with a decent dealer.
As far as Kioti resale, I do not know.
But I never plan to sell or trade my DK so it was not an issue for me !
At 100 hours average per year this tractor should easily last as long as I do.

Like a car the first few years are the hardest on the resale value. Overtime the price will generally equal the initial purchase price.
Also like a car if you do not want the high loss in the first few years then you need to look for a good low hour used unit.
I believe the Kioti are holding their value as well as most. Despite what some say I do not believe that green paint holds its value any better than others. I have done well buying others initial green losses on CUT. ....

Resale values are different depending on where you go. If you have a strong dealer in an area his make will have the best resale value. If you have to go 300 miles to find a dealer, he could have the best product but the value is lowered do to the distance if brand #2 is right there. It takes more than one dealer to make a product have higher resale value. ....
