GENTLEMEN,
I HAVE A 1979-80 MASSEY 205 COMPACT TRACTOR IN REAL GOOD CONDITION 635 HOURS ON THE HOUR METER, WITH IT A 4 FOOT MASSEY ROTARY CUTTER, AND A 54 INCH CONTINENTAL BELLY MOWER. ANY IDEAS ON WHAT THIS UNIT IS WORTH?

Assuming a 1979 Massey 205 standard model (no 4WD)I came up with around $1800 to $2300 the bare tractor. Retail sales might bring $4500 to $5500 for the bare tractor. You can figure maybe as much as $1000 to $1500 for the 2 mowers, but more realisticly $500 to $750. Less for the above on a trade in. If she is in #1 shape and looking real clean an pretty, you may get $3000 to $3700 for the entire shootin' match. ....
