There are some 9.5 tires listed in the Garden section of the Firestone Site (click on the link below). I don't know if the ones listed would fit or if there are better alternatives.

You might end up replacing both tires if you can't find one that fits with a close match to the existing tread design. Different treads with different traction end up causing one wheel to do most of the slipping, which isn't that good for a differential. If the tractor has 4wd, replacement tires have to keep a similar ratio of the front and back rolling circumference as the original tires. Sometimes tires that fit on the wheels OK don't have the right circumferences.
