I don't have much of a sense of U.S. used tractor prices. Tractortip.com lists the 1320 at just over $12 thousand., and I imagine the listed price is for a 2wd and standard TX model. It sounds like a fair price if the low hours can be assumed to equal good condition, and especially if it has 4wd & HST. I not sure what rps is. ....

Is it HST or not? If so then it would be a better deal. In general tractors have held their value but not necessarily vs inflation. As a tractor gets larger there are fewer customers for the older tractors, therefore this only hilds to ~ 50 HP or so. For example I owned a Oliver Super 55, its original price was 2500, its used price in good condition was 2500. A Ford 8N sold for 1500 originally and can be purchased for around thet price, possibly a little more. As with cars they will lose more value initially but should be near the original purchase price even when used.
Using this guide, if the tractor is in good shape you should have no trouble getting your money back at a later date. If it has a front end loader this would be a great price.
For comparison I recently sold an 85 JD of the same size with FEL for 8500. I sold it to a friend therefore did not demand a proper market price ~ 10500 but easily got out the price I paid for the machine after 300hrs of work. ....
