Does anyone know about Long 3pt backhoes? A local dealer has a Model 1199A for $3000. Is that any good?

Is it new or used? 3-pt mount or subframe type? Used large backhoes are oftencheaper than smaller ones. Rare to see a good 3-pt or small subframe type gofor under 3K even if used. I have seen good equipment from Long, but do not know their backhoes. ....
