The first quote is in on my barn project and I need some good input. I believe this will end up being the best price as well. It is from the Mennonite builders. $21,500 for 40'x60'x14'high. Framed for two overhead doors and including two entrance doors and windows. This also includes laminated poles and a partitioned 20'x40' shop with metal ceiling and storage above. All cement work is included as well. Haven't heard from Morton yet. The price sounds good to me, but I'm no expert on this type of thing.

Don't show Morton your quote until they quote you...aaaahhhh $33K for Morton, without concrete floor extra, shop area extra,,,aaaah extra. Morton is outstanding quality, but outstanding price as well. Good luck. ....
