Does anyone know if and when NH will redesign the TC18-33's with the updated features of the 35-45's? No doubt I'll get rid of my Deere 4200 and get a TC33 when this happens. Thanks,Chris

Chris--last week after looking at the 35D and then at the 33D, I asked the dealer that exact same question since I was very impressed with the 35D and its FEL, but it is physically too large for my needs. The dealer replied that he was unaware of any plans to revise the TC18-33 line. Mike S. ....

Can you tell me what the updated features are on the 35+ Boomers? I've been considering a 33D and thought the only difference was a larger frame on the bigger Boomers. The closest NH dealer is about an hour away and he didn't have anything larger than the 33 on the lot to look at. Thanks. ....

From what I've seen, they offer 2 FEL's for the bigger models to better accomodate the supersteer option and the brake pedals are on the opposite side of the hydro pedal for the 35-45's. ....

Brad--in addition to larger size, a beefier and more streamlined FEL, turning brakes on the correct side, the TC35 hydro has no clutch. There are some cosmetic changes such as a joystick valve cover that is more sculptured with a matching glove/tool box on the opposite fender which has the required drink holder and, if my sieve-like memory serves me right, a couple of switches have been moved from the dash to the right fender. The rear tires are huge when compared with those of the TC33--awesome turf tires. These observations are from a quick look-see, but some of the Boomer fans out there should be able to add to my list. Brad--one more difference between the TC33D and the TC35D came to mind--there are no engine side covers on the TC35D as there are on the TC33D. Mike S. ....

one other change is instead of the three ranges (1st 2nd & 3rd) the 35-45's have just two ranges with a high-low shift-on-the-go switch. Giving you a four speed. How it works, you select 1st or 2nd gear with the normal lever, and on the fender or on the loader stick there's a switch for high and low range in the gear you selected. ....

One other difference, the hydro foot pedals are configured differently. IMHO the 35-45 series is much easier to use due to the difference. My wife liked the compactness of the smaller series but liked the foot pedal configuration of the larger series. We ended up with one of the larger series.
