I have an old JCB 506B telehandler that has got gushing lift and steer cylinders. The machine was not exposed to much maintenance and has not seen a grease gun in years. I spent a day removing the top pins but after three days I have yet to budge the lower pins on the lift cylinders. The pins have to be pulled from the outside, there is not much room between the rails and there is a pump and hoses there. I have a 20 ton jack between the rails pushing the pins and two jacks outside pushing the ears trying to rotate them and nothing has moved yet. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

Whenever possible I don't remove the cylinder from the loader. Just the one on the rod end. Then disassemble the cylinder, remove and repair the rod/piston unit and put it all back together. Can't tell by your description, but hopefully the pins you got out are on the rod end. ....
