IH 154D Engine will not run after Fuel pump rebulid

I have a IH with a 154 D engine. I hade the fuel pump rebuilt. Reinstalled it. Bleed the air out. I have good fuel pressure all the way to the injectors. The engine will not run it will not even try,

Anybody got any ideas?

You say ‘good fuel pressure’. How did you measure it?

Did you have the injectors checked / replaced at the same time as the pump was done?
