I parked it in the barn was running fine. Tried to start it a week later, turned the key, Heard a pop and now not cranking. When I turn on key lights on dash are bright, but when I turn to start they go dim and no crank. If I jump it it will crank but too slow to start. If I put it on charger it says battery is charger. Tried to start strait to starter but will not crank. Anyone have any thoughts on how to fix it?

How old is the Battery, Have you tried starting it with jumper cables to a car or Truck? ....

Yes I tried jumping it. It cranks but not fast enough to start. I tried a new starter. New starter spins but starter drive does not engage. It seems to me that it is not getting full amps-Volts to the starter. It doesn't make sense to me because positive cable goes to starter relay. Possible new starter is bad. Is there anything I am missing? What are the 2 wires below the 3 relays that fasten to the firewall?

Your problem may be like mine. My TC33D would only click at the starter solenoid when trying to start it. Found out on a forum on Tractor Point that all the safety switches, like seat switch, transmission neutral position switch, etc. eventually will not pass full 12 volts to the solenoid. You may only be getting approximately 7 volts to the solenoid and that's not quite enough to energize the solenoid properly. Solution was to install a 12 volt relay in the circuit. Disconnect the wire from the safety switches to the solenoid coil and connect it to energize the relay. Then connect a wire directly from a good 12 volt source (like the 12 volt connection directly from the battery to the starter) and route it through the N.O. connections on the relay to the solenoid. The 7 volts coming from the safety switches is enough to bring in the relay then the relay supplies a full 12 volts to the solenoid. Solved my starting problem. I'll try to attach a photo of the schematic diagram from my tractor manual which shows how I hooked it up. I realize my explanation is not easy to follow but maybe the diagram will help. ....

The relay idea has merit, yes, I've used that trick a few times. It works well enough it the start signal is too weak to energize the starter solenoid.
That doesn't really sound like the problem to me. I think you should be checking and cleaning the ground cable where it bolts to the tractor. That's too good a possibility to ignore in this case. ....

It’s been years ago with my NHTC33 had similar issue and with reading a thread here on TP. I ask my dealer about it and from what I remember there might’ve been some sort of Tech bulletin available addressing that issue and running a couple extra wires etc,( yup me electrical stuff is “alien “to me- other stuff I’m okay) dealer installed it for me while tractor was in for service. ....
