i have had pretty good luck using the sellers on ebay. remember though that they mostly think of the 1770 as a T-150K. also the MTZ parts source can probably get one for you. ....

do you have a parts book? the sellers i have used usually don't have many parts for the 1770 but if you can give them the part number they can source it locally and then sell it to you. shipping times can be lengthy ....

I have a parts book for the 1770 so if you need a part number just let me know. or since my parts book is in pdf form i could just send you the book. this is the second year since i purchased the 1770 and am constantly on the lookout for any information on care maintenance etc. would you share the dealer name and contact info you mentioned? question... what kind of and part numbers do you use for fuel and air filters? i am still looking for those if i can find them? have you owned your 1770 for a long time? Thanks for your input ....

we only got it mid last summer. We bought it strictly to pull a cultivator on a motocross track a buddy and I run. All I’ve done to it so far was change oil and clean oil filter. So I need to acquire all the filters too. I did find them on eBay however. But pricey. Aside from that I don’t know much about it. It does have a massive exhaust header leak. Pretty sure the exhaust gaskets are toast. So going to replace those. The hydraulic pump sounds terrible. Like it’s cavitation. Hydraulic oil heats up big time in 45 minutes or so. I suspect the hydraulic pump is gone. Shouldn’t heat up like that. We’re not working it hard at all. I’ll message you my email it would be great if you could send the parts book PDF. I’ll message you the dealer too ....

you might not need a pump. check the hydraulic distributor valve on the back of the cab. that is where the high pressure relief valve is and if it is sticky or any one of the three remote valves could be your heat source. also run 30 wt engine oil in the hydraulics not tractor fluid. there is a filter in the tank that might need changed also. ....

I haven’t really had time to look. I did start it up the other day and it was making noise immediately. I pulled the cap on the right side tank and it was foaming already. That was within three minutes of starting it. So I have something funky going on for sure ....

the right side reservoir as looking at the tractor from the rear is the power steering. the spec oil is sae30 engine oil. could be getting air from the front pump seal? ....

it shouldn't. and the oil shouldn't foam either. lucky though it is pretty simple. could be sucking air in the pump seal? or could just be the wrong oil or the filter could be bypassing plugged. the correct oil is just plain ole sae 30 heavy duty engine oil. the filter sits under that square block with four bolts in the top. you can get filters from mtz pretty cheap and i haven't found a domestic cross over for it. let me know if you need the filter number. ....

i double checked the book. the first choice oil would be iso vg 32. i use the cenex indol iso 32. you can also use iso vg 20 if the 32 is to thick for cold. and of course the book also says that sae 20/30/40 may be used. i looked at the troubleshooting section and it says that a plugged filter and contaminated oil and low oil can cause your symptoms. ....

Oil level is good. I filled it with 32 but it didn’t take much. I bet the filter is plugged. God knows how long it’s been. I’ll get some filters coming. Needs a complete service anyway. The noise I’m hearing, which I believe is the hydraulic plum is weird. It makes the the one hydraulic line to the rear hydraulics just vibrate and buzz something terrible. It just so happens to be one of the lines to the cultivator I have hooked up. When I move the lever a little it goes away. I’m guessing it’s an open port valve and it’s restricted and when I move the lever fluid has a place to go ....

that is not normal. the only bypassing should be at the hydraulic distributor bypass. i remember that in the ad it said that the tractor had been rigged for an air seeder??? i would suspect that firsts. but that is a different hydraulic tank pump and valves than the steering. they both take the same filter. but my tractor has a sticker on the hydraulic tank cautioning to only use engine oil. ....
