When warm the hydraulics start to hiccup every 20 seconds or so. It doesn't effect performance. Any ideas on what might be causing it? (Low oil level, bad seals?)

You need to be a little more specific, ***what*** hiccups?
The loader, the 3 pt, the machine itself?
Best of luck. ....

It seems like the backhoe is jumping the most. The hiccup is strong enough to make it hesitate for a split second but overall performance is not effected. ....

Is it a 3pth mounted backhoe? That sounds like seals have failed and the jerking you’re feeling is the hitch lowering as fluid goes past the failed seal until it hits the point where the position control valve kicks it back up again.
It’s a pretty common failure.
Best of luck. ....

As Murf said assuming it's a 3pt hitch set up there is a lot of weight there and 3pt hitch settles then resets where it need to be.
Your out riggers should hold the weight.
Do you have the power beyond or regular remote to power the hoe. ....
