Some basic questions:
What kind of transmission do you have?
Were you using it and it just stopped working all of a sudden?
If so did you hear any noise?
If hydrostat transmission have you check the fluid level?
Have you checked the linkage to be sure it has not come loose or a small limb or such is not preventing it having full movement?
How about the clutch? Linkage there also. How does the clutch pedal feel, any change in it?

Hey does the engine's sound change when you try to move it? Are you trying to move just the tractor or do you have a heavy load on it? Could clutch be slipping or could brakes be holding it? ....

Over a month, and nothing further. Even if O.P. got it going, it would have ben nice if he came back here and did a follow-up post. I wonder what the problem turned out to be.. ....

Sorry it was the linkage a pin had came out. Then 2 weeks later i found the pin in the yard where it happened. THANKS ....

thanks for coming back and posting what was the fiz. I just bought a 4100, and am reading everythning I can about the 4000 series tractors, and the sorts of things that go wrong.
I apreciate your reply, and I am sure others do as well. ....
