I have a 2003 Kubota L3830. The Hydraulic pressure is building up and have to pull the dip stick to release it. Anyone know where the pressure release is?

Look for a vent on the top of the rear differential. That more then likely is plugged or not working. ....

I looked on a L4330 and I didn't see anything there that would work as a dedicated breather for the rear diff which is the holding area for the hydraulic fluid. You should not have pressure in the rear and I don't know other then through oil exchange or hot and cold that you should be able to build any pressure. ....

The real problem is that somebody's got the plumbing hooked up wrong.
Move the return line to proper spot of the PB (Power Beyond) plate and get the proper vent put back on the diff. housing.
I've never seen a vent other than the one on the rear axle on any of mine.
Best of luck. ....
