pump has been rebuilt ,was not there when it was taken off,so think i should check timimg any help or info would help thank's

Timing is pretty critical, and it's not really easy to do, more so if you've never done it before. In most cases it also requires specialized tools.


Did the folks who rebuilt the pump not set it up for you?
