What is a fair price for a JD 4700 with 2000 hrs. It has a 460 loader and a jd48 backhoe. Everything seems to work ok. And cosmetically in good shape. However it is has a manual transmission.

It would be difficult to find a 2000 model year 4700 with a comparable number of hours. The tractor you're looking at was likely used commercially. The typical homeowner tractor would have about half as many hours on it.
Your best bet is to contact your local loan officer. Your loan officer should have a copy of the 2011 farm tractor blue book on hand.
Better yet, you can probably find a 2010 farm tractor blue book that would provide nearly the same information. Your banker might still have the old one on hand. If you ask politely, he may just give it to you.

I found a list of JD 4700s for sale across the nation.
There appears to be only one 4700 with 2000 hours on it, located in Kentucky.
