I'm looking at what I thought was a fairly new Kubota tractor. Turns out it's a 1990 B4200 that has been rebuilt to like new condition inc tires. The seller said it was his friends tractor and he was selling it for him. He said it was 16 hp but all I can find says 12.5hp. What's it worth?

I wouldn't want to even guess at a value without knowing prices in your area or seeing the unit.
You are right about the horsepower though, it was 12.5 at the engine, 10 at the PTO when it was built.
