I have a 2001 TC35D with swivel seat. The seat cover is shot and the foam is becoming exposed. I would like to replace just the seat itself (pan, foam, cover). Dealer wants $286! I have looked at Fleet Farm (in Wisc.) and the one they listed for the TC35 isn't even close. I thought of getting a 'universal' seat and tapping new holes but the pan isn't thick enough (they have nuts welded on the inside of the pan). Any less expensive ideas, suggestions or after markets would be appreciated.
P.S., better hope you never have to replace the whole swivel contrapction with seat - dealer wants over $800!)
Thanks,
Ed E.

Ed;
I'm surprised your dealer doesn't have rebuilt seat supplier. The local Deere dealer has gotten me several rebuilt seat pans for old Farmalls. I think they were less than a hundred bucks. Check with other dealerships, I bet you'll find what you need.
