JD 2305 4WD PROBLEM

Hi All:

I have a 2007 JD 2305 with 60 hours. While mowing the other day the lever to switch from 2 WD to 4WD started dropping into the 4WD position by itself. Have it a dealer right now but want to know if anyone else with 2305 or 2210 has had this problem.

Starting years ago, my yannie would pop from 4 into 2 on its own, so I held the lever in place with a bungee, which worked with apparently no harm. ....
