Putting chains on L35

I have an L35 and need to put chains on it. Trouble is, there's not enough clearance by the frame for the backhoe. Does anyone know where I can find a spacer to move the rim out far enough to clear?

If you can't widen by reversing the wheels, and if a farm-tire shop can't get spacers, a machine shop can make them up. ....
