Is anyone going from Ag tires to Turf tires on an older L245-DT? Let me know, I have done alot of research and I have the tire and wheel combinations that you need.

The link goes to what looks like a satellite TV service. I just read a newspaper article that described a scam in Japan. Call back features on cell phones in Japan are being used to lure cell customers into calling phone numbers that deliver recorded advertisement.
Is that the same thing here? If there's a relevance to tractor tires that I missed at the site it would be good to hear. If the link was a mistake that also would be good to hear. Otherwise get out of here and with my worst regards.

relax Tom. No conspiracy here mann. I simply was interested in Franks post and tried to simplify his response time. Denise is right that there isn't an option. Frank tell us more about your tire trade research please. ....

I'm happy enough to be wrong in this case. Apologies to Yo. I'm also sure that the relative freedom from commercial abuse at the site is the result of the good work that Dennis has always done. Since I'm on a roll of good words, I'll continue and say that the very valuable contributions of participants here who have obvious commercial interests is done so in the context of genuine participation. I guess that's all anybody can ask.
Too bad that Frank's post was two years ago. I do know that conversions for some tractors can be difficult. The right diameter wheels with the right bolt patterns may be difficult to find let alone finding tire sets that maintain an acceptable rolling circumference ratio. The difficulties are most common for people who want to convert to R4’s because generally manufacturers offer R1 or R3 options so dealers can supply wheels and tires. However, I have heard of a case where the original front tire size in a factory set is no longer made. The solution was to use the closest match and correct excessive axle windup with different tire pressures.
Anyway, it might be useful to have Frank's results on-line. I tend to keep my participation on-line because I imagine that most things of interest to two people might also be of interest to other members. Of course, my sense of general interest material might be suspect from time to time.
