I would like comments as to what you think of your Kubota loader? I have a LA723 on my L3830 and I hate it for mounting and dismounting. Prior to this I had a Westendorf TA 26 on my 574. It was so easy to mount in comparison to the Kubota. With the TA 26 after the hydraulics were connected the loader could be on it less than 60 seconds. Is there a similar loader for the Kubota because I am ready to rid myself of the LA723?

The biggest problem with mounting many loaders is the ground they sit on! It should be level and large enough for the tractor and loader! I've watched it being done when the loader was on a nice pad and the area that the tractor was coming off was sloped. I believe the Westendorf loader came on and off like the older IH loaders and they to could have problems. If you haven't done it a couple of times it might just be tight from the paint. ....

I agree with you Art White the pad is very critical. I always take it off within my shed on a concrete floor. The last time we were having problems putting it on the tractor the right rear tire was a little low on air. That little difference made it nearly impossible to mount. ....

I found my LA402 loader to be very easy to attach/detach and I don't have that much experience with it. I did it in the garage on concrete floor which is actually not very level at all, but didn't have a problem anyway. I don't know if there's a major difference between the way different Kubota loaders are attached, but for the LA402, once you get the side frame lined up with the receivers on the main frame, it's a matter of 1 - 2 minutes to finish the hook up. ....
